There is an option in the settings menu to turn on auto fire
Hot key for auto-fire is "T"

Yes, to change game speed, you can use "," and "."

You can hold "R" to restart the run

How do I change the character direction without shooting?
To change direction without shooting, hold "Shift"

Shortcuts are given for a Qwerty keyboard but works fine on Azerty (WASD goes for ZQSD instead for example)

No, holding down the key for an ability will cause it to be used when off cooldown

You can unlock Endless Mode by defeating a Mastery 10 run

How do I make the same potion as the one on my bar? (Alchemist)
When crafting, you can click the potion in your ability slot, and it will recreate the recipe
