After a lot of experimenting, there are only three choices that truly impact anything:
1. On the "Route 1" branch, "Touch them" or "Don't touch them" determines your ending. The other decisions seem like they would matter, but they don't.
2. After you've finished the Route 1 branch, the new option "Keep Going" puts you back on Route 1, while "Pull your hand Back" keeps you on Route 2.
3. On the Route 2 branch, the choices "I think you should be yourself" or "It's nice to see you like this" determines your ending.
I'm mentioning this because all the Japanese guides make it seem like the second choice on Route 1/Route 2 matters; but in reality, the same thing always happens no matter what. It's the same thing with the third option in Route 1 (Maybe I should hug/Maybe I shouldn't); the Japanese guides state that this choice is important, but it doesn't actually affect anything.
