原始設計是為了讓升等中的野獸比較有用且不易死亡，當然，也可以用來強化任何人，當裝備夜間透視鏡時，回合速度+20、移動距離+2、HP+2000

When modifying equipment, all enemies holding the equipment will also be enhanced

I think you need to use crafting, but I can't confirm at which stage of the game this is unlocked

Where do you get these? Been playing a while and haven't found a single nightscope
