Master Collections Spreadsheet - A Panda Checklist [UPDATED]
By Diplopanda~ and 1 collaborators
Comics, CDs, Critters, Events, Furniture, Recipes, etc etc. Full drop down list collections broken down, listed locations and information and useful links for more information! (:
I actually got annoyed with how the collection sheet was organized and how I wasn't able to look at my collections while visiting my friend's shop so I made a whole overhaul checklist for myself and thought I might as well share it! (:

Intro as to Why I've Done This
(Link is at the bottom of this guide if you want to skip my text)

So this all started when I got frustrated at how in the "Collections" menu collected comics didn't seem to have any sort of order to them as well as the fact that I could not check my collections while I was at a friend's island.

I decided to write myself my own "little" comic collection spreadsheet and have a checklist. That's when I started to fall into my rabbit hole and it extended into Furniture, Clothing, Weather. . and then I realized I should add the collections Recipes and Events and just publicly share what I had created anyways.

The most annoying collections I've add were the Fishing and Critter collection which include details about the location on where to find them, an image of said location, and the time of day/weather needed for each creature.
What Does it Entail?
I used google spreadsheets to create this, and I'm not too well versed in creating spreadsheets, I do like organizing though. (:

At the bottom of the spreadsheet you can see the different categories of the collections that I have created.

The current categories include:
- The Comics Collection
--> Including locations and rarity on how to obtain them

- The Music Discs Collection
--> Each currently obtainable music disc
--> How one can obtain each music disc

- The Clothing Collection
--> This is actually the category I'm most unsure about, I will be updating this if there is anything wrong with it

- The Furniture Collection
--> Furniture Logo and collection name

- The Events Collection
--> Some information is actually '???' on the wiki so I guess only time will tell what's in the collection
--> The rought timeframe that the events are going to be up (based on previous years)

- The Weathers Collection
--> Just the items that the respective weather type allows you to purchase or collect

- My Recipe Book
--> Every single station's (not including crafting, I'm not insane) recipes and different variants for certain items.
--> Note: You do not need to obtain the recipe from characters or finding them elsewhere, you can craft whenever you have the chance to craft.

- The Fish Collection
--> A complete collection with details of the time, location (as an image on the map), weather to find each fish and the size variety

- The Critters Collection
--> A complete collection with details of the time, location (as an image on the map), weather to find each creature

- Flowers (Part 1)
--> Each flower type, signified by which ones come in which event
--> The original pattern type per flower
--> The original colours available per flower

- The Flower Colouring Guide (Flowers Part 2)
--> How to dye each colour variant for the flowers

- Crafting Plans
--> Listing all available crafting plans that can be obtained and that are publicly known

- Trinkets & Instructions
--> Listing all available trinkets that can be crafted and that are publicly known
--> Listing all available crafting instructions for the instructions stations located in the meadows that can be crafted and that are publicly known

Each collection has a drop-down, checkoff, button to either mark off if
--> Collected the item
--> Not yet collected the item
--> Obtained the recipe for the item (suggesting you have not crafted the item, just know how to)
--> As well as a 'notes' section on the side for each item in case you want to make notes of your own for certain items.

Each collection also now has a progress counter! On the far right of each tab at the top, you can now see your progress get updated in real time as you check off what you have obtained vs what you haven't! (This counts what you have and not have, disregarding recipes you may have collected but have not crafted)
Courtesy to pwnit - the owel detective - for helping me figure this formula out!
Updates and the Future!
I do plan on adding and updating any of the collections as more information gets publicly shared and acquired, as well as adding any more content that gets added to the game! (Aka future updates!)

Thanks to a certain owel detective who helped push me (more like coercion) to update my guide, and their help adding in the new music discs to the collection and who has helped me with updating the spreadsheets!

I have gone through and already added in the 2.4.100 "Friends, Furniture, and Frozen Peaks" Update -- items and collections to the spreadsheet! (This includes a few of which the devs haven't even fully updated within our collections tab!)

We have gone through and also updated some things for the 1.6.100 "The Biggest Challenge" Update - Gramophone is now called "Phonogaph" and is now available in game, added new basic furniture item, new recipes, new trinkets, added new pajama set to clothing, added the new flower and critters as well as updated parts of the spreadsheet that needed adjusting!

Current Updates within the spreadsheet:
Initial Launch
2.4.100 "Friends, Furniture, and Frozen Peaks" - 2025. May 18th
2.6.100 "The Biggest Challenge" Update - 2025. June 3rd
The Link to the Spreadsheet
Alrighty! You can open up my spreadsheet and make a copy of it for yourself if you'd like.

I don't really know if anyone is actually going to use this, but since I made it, I thought I'd make it accessible for anyone else, especially for those who may also be trying to fill out all their collections and such just as I am.

Enjoy!

When you get to the doc, it is view only, so please make a copy of it rather than requesting editing access! (:

Updates will be made to the spreadsheet overtime as corrections may be made, information may be corrected or updated, and new collections or information may be added.

Thank you so much and I hope you have a lovely day!

I wanted to let you know I added a link to this guide into my Tips for Golden Island Trophies guide because I didn't know about some trophies before I looked at your guide. I should have asked for permission first if you didn't want me to...

@smply! Thank you for the suggestion haha - I'm glad that you find the spreadsheet useful, and that you've enjoyed adding another tab to it, my main goal for the spreadsheet was for the collections tab to be nicely organized better but also to be flexible per person! Whether or not individuals use 5 of my tabs, or all of them or even create their own, I'm glad it has flexibility like that!
But having a spreadsheet for visitors has been something on my mind, but since it isn't necessarily part of "collections" per se, perhaps I wouldn't mind creating another spreadsheet entirely and sharing that with the community! :MinamiCatHeart:

thank you so much for this! its amazing and ive been using it well, i do have a question though would you possibly think about adding a visitor tab? im kinda going to be adding my own but i like how yall did this, im trying to organize my thoughts on who's vistors i have set up, the cabins for vistors/ where they are going to go and are (when they arent there too) what is needed and what i have for it and how many hearts they have for them? no pressure and im not trying to say yall have to make it, just curious if that would be something yall would consider?

Thank you so much for this incredible spreadsheet! This must have taken days to complete with how extensive it is. As a player who loves to complete collections in all games that have them, I commend you for taking the time to help other players!

@Arcadia Bae, I have thought about adding the trinkets tab to it but I didn't know if that would be worth adding, but I guess I can take a further look into it and perhaps add it in at some point! (:
