This method makes winning this minigame much easier by allowing you to record, play and analyze the quick movements at your own pace.

• Bandicam software, you can use the free version, which already includes a lot of tools by default (download from the official website[www.bandicam.com])
  
• A video player that supports speed control (VLC is recommended, though I can include the steps for other players if necessary)

NOTE: You can use any recorder out there, even the winwows one, it isn't relevant at all.

Launch Bandicam and select "Rectangle on a screen" mode in the first icon from the top bar. Leave the default settings, since they're good enough for this purpose.




You can do it in the inn close to Marco.


Navigate to the minigame from Marco in Rocklands, for which you would need a minimum of 100 potch:

• Position the Bandicam recording rectangle over the shell game area, you can drag and drop it using the top bar of the "Recangle on a screen" window.
  
• Press your recording hotkey (F12) to start recording
  
• Play through the Shell Game's shell movements
  
• Stop recording once the movements end (F12 again by default)
  
• Your video is saved automatically

Open your recording: It will be the first element in Home → Videos tab

Slow down playback using one of these methods (VLC):

• Mouse method: Right-click on the playing video → Playback → Speed → Slower
  
• Default shortcut: Press "[" key reduce speed if you haven't changed it
  
• Frame-by-frame: Press "Spacebar" to pause and "e" for a frame-by-frame move, especially useful on the 10k potch mode

I encourage using this guide with moderation. It is focused on those struggling for any reason. I'm not judging anyone - games should be fun, and everyone enjoys them differently. For first time players, if you ask me, it would be best to use this method with moderation.
