First, please don't give me any Steam awards, becasue I don't own this solution. I found it on Reddit. So if you want to thank someone, use this link to go there and upwote their post. I'm just here to help. Also, thanks to TROOPER181st from Steam forums for directing me to the solution.

Now, here is the solution:


  • Open My Documents>Mygames>outlaws
  • Find "Graphics settings.cfg"
  • Right click on it and open with Notepad
  • Find the line ["streamer dedicated budget"] = 64
  • Change it to [“streamer dedicated budget”] = 4096
  • Find sharpen2 = 0.6999
  • Change it to sharpen2 = 0.99
  • Save your file and close it.

And that's all. Your game should work without blurry textures now.

Or use a lower value dpending on your VRAM. Possible values are : 64 (=default),128, 256, 512,1024, 2048,4096 and 5120 (=maximum setting).

I used 512 and increase to 1024 without issue with 12Gb VRAM. Seems highest values (4096 & 5120) needs 24Gb of VRAM

For sharpen use values depending on your own taste (0.99 is too much for me).
