This is the first time I have written a guide for steam, so any corrections, adjustments or suggestions are welcome in the coment section below.

Start a game in Goat MMO Simulator, with the Anti-Gravity mutator if you have already unlocked it, and choose the Tanker Class. (If you have not unlocked the Anti-Gravity mutator, follow the instructions below on obtaining it at Old Goat Mountain)
We use the Tanker because we need the Butt-Slam ability (It may not be needed, but it's a lot simpler to obtain by using the ability)

For those who do not have Anti-Gravity
From the starting point, travel to Old Goat Mountain,
for those who are unfamiliar with the Map, here are some simple directions

When you reach Old Goat Mountain, keep walking until you get to the front of the castle.
To the right and left of the doors there are lava pools, which when touch lauch you into the air much like a trampoline and with each jump launches you higher. You ultimate goal is the tip of the castle There are additional pools above the doors that can also spring you higher.

Once you reach the tower, physically enter the large orb of power.
This will grant you the ability of Anti-Gravity, and can be toggled with the 'Special Use' key (Default: R)

Get back onto the ground, and press R to turn on the Anti-Gravity. This will send you lauching forward because of the Tanker's special ability, but press Baa (Default: 1) to force yourself onto the ground.

Simply, to reach Level 101, you want to Jump with anti gravity, Hold Trick (Default: Right Click) and do a lot of flips in all directions. You will eventually start drifting back towards the ground, but before you hit the ground, hit Baa again to stomp. Using Stomp has a 100% chance of landing perfectly, even when still flipping.

I was able to gain tens, if not hundreds of thousands of points from a single jump.

You can experiment with other abilities to gain more points in a single jump if neccessary, remember that jumping over objects can increase your multiplier as well.
