Classic Car-Nage Achievements Suck
In Grid Legends, the developers sadistically put in a couple of joke achievements that make me want to pull my (and potentially your) teeth out.

Hilarious practical joke right? In total, all of that driving ends up being 170 miles (274 km), and when considering that the ONLY tracks you are usually allowed to drive on have a bunch of jumps and potential for other cars to hit you and just generally dont allow for driving above 60 miles per hour, it really makes you just not want to play the game. Fortunately, there is a way to put these cars on the oval circle for example.
The much much faster and easier method
Create 2 races in the race creator that are of the same type. In this example I have 2 circuit races, and have the second race be the one that you want to import your cars to, the first race does not matter.

Select the 2 races for a multi-round event, left trigger on controller I believe.

"Start" the multi-round event and when you get to the car selection screen do not select a car.
Press B once to escape to the editing screen of the event, and select the Classic Car-Nage Discipline.

Hit Y to start the multi-round event and you should be able to select your demolition car of choice.

Once the first event starts, you may notice it is not on the track you want. You can simply hit retire and it should bring you to the next round.

Do not forget to put on long gears so you can hit a higher top speed. Also, congratulations! You are now able to floor it for 2 hours while watching a movie on your second monitor or picture in picture while you get these awful achievements over with.
Conclusion
You are also able to use this glitch to get other cars into different maps they are not supposed to be in which is pretty cool I think. Also, if you haven't already, the DLC specific sponsor you want to do is Achevée , it has both the easiest requirements to unlock and easiest to finish. @SecretAgentKiiN 特务健 , Ill be honest I am not too sure why you are having this issue. Try making the two races in your race creator be identical, like same circuit racing, same modifiers, laps and so on. I do not have this game installed anymore so I cant really add new material to this guide, I probably should have recorded a video to showcase the steps as well.

From the step you saying "left trigger on controller I believe" it is actually press "LT or L2" to make round(s) to create a play-list. You can actually write "Add Round" into your Guide.

Now I going back step 1: you say create 2 races in the race creator, Step 2: Select the 2 races for a multi-round event. Step3: press "LT / L2" to Add round.

Here come the problem, the game will not allow 2nd round to add as 2nd round, there will be an "Error" icon appear on the 2nd slot in the play-list.

Now I going back step 1 and change Step 3 into step 2. I able to add round 1 and round 2 for both circuit mode. Then, you say we can go to select the 2 races for a multi-round event, but the other race mode will be gray out and become invalid to change race mode on the 2 round.

It is just happening to me? I haven't test on other pc in other EA account

@SecretAgentKiiN 特务健 , I think the issue you may be having is that you may have not set it up as a multi round event for there to be a second race you can go to. In step 2, you can see in the photo on the right side of the races green circles with numbers 1 and 2, indicating which round they are in. Let me know if that is not it though.

I tried to followed all the steps, until you say "hit retire and it should bring you to the next round" That's never have a 2nd round in custom event, because is not a rally stage event like Dirt Rally 2. Until this step cannot be complete because after retire we back to Race Creator and choose a new race mode, no matter how many time i retire and back to menu, there is no custom glitch happen for me to choose in carnage car.
