This guide is as of patch v0.10.9

Some of these I got a while ago, just comment if something changed, but I wrote how I got these all.

Fore!
Feed Onbu with the Feeding Trebuchet. Build a feeding trebuchet then feed Onbu with mushrooms or produce mushroomballs in the Onbu kitchen.
Berry Good
Have a berry gatherer in range of 16 or more Berry Bushes. As of this patch, you can plant berry bushes. Build a berry gatherer, enable "Plant and Harvest", then you will get the achievement as soon as enough bushes are in range. If you are needing seeds, you can harvest them from other berry bushes on Onbu, then just replant them in range of the berry gatherer.
Doki Doki Waku Waku
Get Onbu's heartrate to go above 6 bpm. There are a few ways to get this achievement. You can either plant a few Elefleas until its heart rate is above 6 bpm, or I believe the Onbu Energy Booster from the Laboratory still works as well.
Unfortunate Son
Lose a villager on a scavenging mission. For this, choose "riskier" looking choices on the scavenging missions when the pop up screen comes up. You'll kill a scavenger eventually. You Monster.
Petting Zoo
Pet Onbu. Build an Onbu doctor and research "Pet Onbu". Then zoom out one screen, click the bar on the bottom to open it, and look for the option to pet Onbu. As of this current patch, it costs Onbu notes from the Onbuologist, so be sure to build an Onbuologist. You'll need it for more research down the road too.
Strict Diet
Survive until day 100 while using the Feeding Trebuchet to feed Onbu a maximum of 3 times. For this, I gained Onbu's trust by petting him, then used the horn blower to guide him to feeding areas. I would wait until his hunger is around 75% before feeding him. I would also recommend using the Nutritious Mushroomball because it refills 60% hunger, compared to the 25% from the regular Onbu mushroomball.
Priorities
Build a Community Plaza before building the Feeding Trebuchet. You can get this while getting the "Strict Diet" achievement from above, just research and build the Plaza.
Parasite
Produce Black Pudding. Research the Blood Extractor, then research the Black Pudding recipe. Black Pudding can be crafted in a kitchen. If I recall correctly, you should only need to make one to receive the achievement.
Spa Day
Pet, Feed, Heal, and Detox Onbu within one day. I built 2 Onbu doctors, and made sure to have Mushroomballs on hand. I started this one at the beginning of the day, 00:00, then clicked to feed Onbu, pet Onbu, and restore health to Onbu. When your doctors return, use herbs to restore poison from Onbu.
Full Body Shave
Cut down every tree on Onbu's back. For this, I believe I only cut down all the trees, and not the large tree trunks. Message me if this has changed or is not accurate. I got this achievement back when there were mothertrees :)
The Wandering City
Reach a population of at least 200 villagers. Make sure to have plenty of farms, housing, and decorations. Keep your villagers happy so they don't leave. With a population of 100+, I make sure to have at least 5-6 farms, 2 village doctors, 2 kitchens, and 1 gourmet kitchen. Keep expanding as well as keeping your villagers happy so more nomads will join. You can also get nomads to join quick by scavenging in settlements, or anywhere that shows the chance of getting nomads.
The Wandering Metropolis
Reach a population of at least 200 villagers on Hard difficulty or above. Follow what I wrote for "The Wandering City", just be aware that conditions are going to be more harsh. I typically play at 2x or 4x speed in normal mode, but I slow it down a lot in hard mode to focus.
Master Gatherer
Survive until day 100 without building any Farms. I got this one a long time ago, but I believe I got it by building lots and lots of berry gatherers, mycologists, and herb gatherers. I do not believe the mycologist counts as a farm. Build a kitchen and make mushroom soup. Set your berry gatherers to "Plant and Harvest", and make sure to "relocate" any berry bushes around the map. You can gather a berry bush for its seeds, then the berry gatherers will replant it in range of their building. Be sure to scavenge for foods as well.
Dry Spell
Survive until day 100 without building any Air Wells. You can scavenge for water, as well as grow cactus for water in the desert. You can also evaporate or purify water with the evaporators. I have a few salt water collectors for when I am in ocean biomes. Then after that, just survive :)

Edit: I just completed this one, I built 2 berry gatherers next to each other, and I foraged for mushrooms and herbs off Onbu's back. For fast food, you can assign your unemployed workers to harvest berries. I believe it is faster than only waiting for the berry gatherers to harvest them.

Remember: Growing mushrooms and herbs for this one is hard! I easily survived by being proactive in harvesting any wild herbs and mushrooms that I saw growing.
But I'm not Hungry!
Successfully command Onbu to eat. Gain Onbu's trust in order to successfully do this command, and be sure to have the "Eat Command" researched. You also need to have a horn blower built in order to perform this.
Sandman
Successfully command Onbu to sleep. Same as the achievement above; gain Onbu's trust and research the command, then use the horn blower.

Agricultural Revolution
Survive until day 30 without letting your villagers eat a single Berry. For this, I created a new world, then IMMEDIATELY paused the game. Click on the bottom right tab where you manage the villager's foods. Disable berry eating. While the game is still paused, begin building a research building, and research farms. I built 2 air wells and 1 farm. While waiting for the farm to grow food, a few villagers died (a worthy sacrifice for one singular achievement). Try to research the farm and gather resources as fast as possible to stabilize your population.
Globetrotter
Visit the Mountains, Jungle, Desert, Ocean, and Ruins in a single playthrough. You will probably get this without even trying, just use the horn blower to guide Onbu to biomes. The last biome you will probably need is the Ruins.
Modern Times
Have at least 10 buildings with upgrades. Research the technology to upgrade buildings. You may need more tools to upgrade your buildings, you can create them in the Blacksmith or scavenge for them. I would recommend upgrading air wells to make them more efficient. There's a small tab to upgrade when you click on the building. You can also upgrade farms, kitchens, decontaminators, and evaporators. I forget what else but I usually go for air wells and kitchens.
Free Real Estate
Achieve a housing quality of 6 while having at least 50 villagers. Cottages have quality 6 housing, just only build those. I started out with tents and huts, then eventually destroyed them to build cottages. I would not rush for the cottages because they use a lot of resources.
Rock Bottom
Mine every boulder on Onbu's back. Build quarries at all of the boulders and deplete them all.

Perfect Sight
Have at least 3 Scout Towers built at once. Build 3 scout towers and you'll unlock this. I didn't rush to get all the towers built. They use a lot of resources. Just slowly build them and you'll get this achievement no problem.

Age of Exploration
Have at least 5 ongoing scavenging missions at once. Build 5 scavenger huts, then send them all out when you are in range of 5 resource nodes.
Happy Folks
Achieve a happiness rating of at least 35. Build cottages, have lots of decorations, and a good food variety. I also used the celebration events to boost happiness temporarily. Build the town square and community plaza and activate the events for more happiness.

The combined happiness from the community plaza and town square boosts will give you 9 extra happiness, so when you hit 26 happiness, activate those and you will complete this achievement.
The Soaring Village
Build a Scavenger Hut before day 12 begins. Play on 1x speed, and research stuff only in the path of the scavenger hut. I paused a lot to select specific resources to gather and use to research stuff. A lot of pausing and careful planning and choosing is all you need for this achievement. I got it by day 9!
What's the Buzz?
Have at least 20 Elefleas and 5 Sporemoths on Onbu at once. Collect and farm eggs for each, then have pest control harvest the eggs. You can scavenge places for eggs as well as find them while wandering.

A Breath of Fresh Air
Survive until day 100 without any housing. Be sure to have village doctors since you have no housing for poison resistance.
The way I survived: Had a variety of food, and I disabled the lower quality food. The better quality food your people eat, the better their happiness will be. You need to keep their happiness up or they will leave. I also did not accept that many nomads onto Onbu to keep the needs down.

Food for Thought
Survive until day 100 without building any Kitchen or Gourmet Kitchen. Berry gatherers and farms :) Scavenge for foods as well, I built a few huts. I also tested to see if a bakery would count, a bakery does not count as a kitchen, so you can build one. However, I survived just fine until day 99 without one. Screenshot below as proof too.
The 3 Monument Achievements
For these 3: Research and build the monuments.

Our Friend and Protector - Build the Onbu Monument.
Monumental - Build the Survival Monument.
The Light of the Human Intellect - Build the Village Monument.

You can easily get all 3 in one run if you complete the next achievement, The Enlightened Village.

The Enlightened Village
Research every technology in a single playthrough. I got this by day 300ish but I was also kinda lazy. Build scavenger huts and scout towers to ensure lots of resources to research everything.

The End
Thanks for reading. I hope this guide helps! If you have anything to add, just write it down below.

All in all, the most op way to survive in The Wandering Village is to have lots of scavengers, watch your food and happiness, and guide Onbu through the world.
