Book Selling Achievements

All Fantasy/Non-Fiction/Romance/SciFi/Thriller Books Sold
You need to have sold one copy of twenty different types of a specific genre. There are more than twenty books in every genre, making your own book for a genre doesn't count towards the counter.
Story Achievements

Bryony/Charlie/Emma/Richard/Walter's Story Completed
There are five NPCs that sit on each of the five benches in the walkable regions of the game. Each character has a designated bench and also represents a designated genre their story focuses on.

Each of the five characters appear at random on their designated bench each day. If they're not there that day they might the next. To initiate the next chapter of each story you have to run through three lines of their dialogue every day first. Each character has at least ten chapters of storytelling, if I recall the longest of them all is Bryony.

Bryony sits on the bench right outside the shop.
Charlie sits on the bench to the left of the shop.
Richard, Walter and Emma sit on the benches in the park, in that order.
Other Achievements

Book Written
Starting a book and adding chapters to a book requires you to build up your literature meter which can be done by selling books or collecting the 1-4 letters that randomly appear around the map outside every day. You only need one chapter to publish a book, using the computer which unlocks early into the game.

Duck Found
The secret duck is located below the pond partially hidden by a tree. You get 1 gold every time you click on him.
Conclusion
Generally quick game to 100%, the average player needing to take no longer than five hours at the current achievement size. The story achievements are nothing to scoff at, personally finding Charlie and Richard's stories compelling. Hope the game was as enjoyable for you as it was for me.
