How to use console commands to enable knife drop, equip a custom knife, and remove the hud and crosshair in a local game
1. Open the console command line by pressing the tilde key (~)
2. Copy, paste and enter each command below individually and sequentially:
sv_cheats 1
cl_draw_only_deathnotices 1
crosshair 0
mp_drop_knife_enable 1
3. Minimise or close the console command line (you'll notice your hud and crosshair has disappeared)
4. In your game session, unequip (press G repeatedly) everything until all items are unequipped
5. Aim into a spot on the ground you are standing on that is very close to you but away from your dropped items
6. Observe the list of knives below, pick what you want by the name, then copy, paste and enter the corresponding subclass_create command into the console command line.

7. The knife should have spawned where you are aiming in-game
8. Close the console command line and run over the item to equip it
