I created a guide as well and then it would not let me post because of this one. If you want, you can use the information from mine. I think it would if you added it to your guide. A lot of tips and term changes that would just match the in game instructions more than anything else with detailed tips, but everything I did was based on using Mikoto.

for air throws, I would recommend using overdrive, as enemies will stay in midair longer, but it's still not easy and will depend on the character you use. Itsuki might be good, since after the dash special she floats in the air and drags enemies with her, but I actually did it with Yuzuha by repeatedly hitting enemies, then as soon as you see one flying, you can jump an grab it.
