maybe invisible wall combined with some object, such as wiring?

Very nice! Would be nice to have a grid though. And TRON music (although better to avoid any kind of copyright issues). That would be a very good fit for TRON-style puzzles.

I honestly love this visual idea of the puzzle. Could I possibly use it as an inspiration in my puzzle, with you mentioned @ in credits of the map itself and on Steam Workshop? I'd make sure to let you know once it's released :)

The walls are just straight wires connected between two points, and the wires are set to inverted to make them light up. There are invisible collision walls inside to prevent the player from moving through them.
