Step 1: Download this collection of mods and ONLY this collection of mods:

Step 2: Enable all of the mutators from the collection.
Feel free to edit most as desired; however, within the config for the mutator titled "Advanced Team Changer", toggle off the settings that change the team colors and change the name of the factions to the following: Eagle to "Eagle Confederation", and Raven to "Raven Coalition".

Look over the following screenshots carefully and configure the weapon switch menu as shown:

Configure each faction's Vehicles as desired using the guidelines below:
Names in parenthesis are the vehicles' In-universe/Canon names (if it differs from the in-game title).
