Cry of Fear M16 on L4D1 Anims

Cry of Fear Stag 15 Retro Assault Rifle on L4D1 animations replaces Desert Rifle aka Scar, that's right, this rifle doesn't actually replaces the M16, because it's burst fire in CoF, therefore it should retain that here.

Meant to be used with Nightmare Pack by yoru. Warning: has not been tested on official servers, the anims will probably be broken if you're palying without the modpack.

- replaces scar
- normal maps and tritium sight by yoru (don't hate)
- fixed w_model (animated charger, bolt, and clip)
