First off, you must locate the game in your steam page.

This is by far the hardest part. You must locate and click the play button.

After hitting the play button for the first time, you will be shown a cut scene of the main character walking into a city. Watch that cut scene to completion.

It has also been independently confirmed that you can gain the achievement by hitting the skip button on the cut scene.
