Where should you be in the game?
I recommend having completed all the 4 super chip labs which are.

The pond lab located at the bottom of the koi pond

The haze lab located close to the insect killer tank

The Hedge lab located in the hedge branches

and finally the black ant lab located in the black anthill near the garbage bags behind the sand box
How to spawn the broodmother?
To spawn the broodmother you'll require the broodmother BLT recipe located near the hedge lab, follow the guide provided and you should find the recipe no problem.

Once you have the BLT recipe you'll also need an oven which is acquired by getting the Haze super chip and giving it too burgle, The oven will require Ever charcoal which is found to the right side of the picnic table. To get the coal you will need the following: Full antlion armor, the insect hammer, and Fresh Defense lvl 3

To get antlion armor you will need to kill antlions at the sandbox, they are mostly easy to kill and have easy to parry attacks, the insect hammer requires 4 stinkbug parts, 1 boiling gland, and 1 berry leather, and fresh defense is unlocked by eating raw mint shards.
Supplies needed
I recommend using beefy liquid rage or beefy fuzz on the rocks as your main healing item for the boss

Fuzz on the rocks is made with 1 clay, 1 mite fuzz, and 1 pebblet and is easy to mass produce.

Liquid rage is a bit tougher requiring 1 larva spike, 1 red and mandible, and 1 spider fang which requires you to kill wolf spiders.

alternatively if you have a lot of raw science you can duplicate the smoothies rather then grinding the materials.

as for armor I recommend Lady bug armor, while it may use a lot of stamina you will need all the health available to face the broodmother

alternatively you can use the spider armor for the hyper stamina bonus.

For mutations I recommend the following

Meat shield: this is bought in the science shop and gives you extra health
Cardio Fan: this is unlocked by running out of stamina over and over, this mutation decreases exhaustion time and increases stamina recovery
Shocking dismissal: this is unlocked by beating the assistant manager at the black anthill lab, when you parry and attack you get a AOE lighting blast that does damage and shocks any enemy nearby
Blademaster: this is unlocked by killing enemys with sword weapons (mosquito needle, antlion greatsword, etc) this mutation lets any sword weapon give a damage debuff to the target
and by far the most important, Mithridatism: this is unlocked by killing wolf spiders, this mutation gives you a high resistance to poison damage which is essential as 3 of the broodmothers 5 attacks do poison and she spawns orb weaver Jr.s that do poison damage
Weapons
There's a few good options for weapons but there's 3 main ones

1: the spicy coaltana. The Spicy Coaltana is a katana that deals both spicy and slashing damage both of which are weaknesses of the broodmother

2: the Toenail Scimitar. The Scimitar is a later game weapon but has an infection debuff that will slow the broodmothers attack speed, and can be used with a shield

3: Antlion greatsword: the antlion greatsword doesnt have any notable buffs but can be a good and cheaper alternative to the Coaltana but you will need to upgrade the sword to tier 5 and then to tier 6 down the spicy branch which will require 5 spicy globs

The boss itself
The broodmother loves to debuff and overwhelm the player with a slurry of poisons and damage debuffs, on top of that she can spawn up to a dozen spiderlings and 5 orb weaver Jr's. Its very important to learn her timings and parry as many attacks as physically possible, if you are surrounded try to get shocking dismissal to activate and deal with all the summons at once and keep your attention on the boss. And don't be afraid to chug smoothies if your life depends on it.

With all that being said I wish you luck on your tiny adventures.
