First, when you join the game you will be thrust into a dystopian world and in the non corporeal body of a skeleton. You will soon notice you can teleport to the glowing bodies with "B". After finding that out your probably realized you could only "possess" 1 type of person, the "Prole".

After becoming a Prole you enter the Dystopian War-state of Aneurysm IV, and that is unlucky for you: The prole is the Proletarian class of Aneurysm IV, the quote on quote "Cogs in the machine" as a prole you are tasked with working in multiple factories like the "Metal Works" or one of the 2 laundry mats around Aneurysm IV.

Down below I will explain how to do each of the jobs as a Prole in Aneurysm IV and give some tips that will help you in your journey to Serve the Cortex.

Arriving at Metal Works
After having a look around the city of Aneurysm IV you will probably come across the "Metal Works", this location is a prime place to work and make Anamecytes. (Anamecytes are the currency used to become or "possess" other jobs when you are a non corporeal skeleton). Once you are at the Metal works their is a vendor on the lefthand side with the sign "Tool request", request the pipe (its free). The pipe is important, it is a self defense weapon and also a tool for mining. (Press Q to see yourself, your Anamecytes, your credits which is your currency and press the right arrow to get a marker for any location)

Mining at Metal Works
To mine you need to go down the long hallway, and on the right side is a door leading to the "Wastelands" in the Wastelands there are 2 different mineable materials. The Sandstone rock which is metal ore, and the Obsidian looking rock which is coal. Both are required to make Metal ingots (mining is faster with a pickaxe which can be crafted with 1 wood and 1 Metal ingot, wood can be found in trashcans or bought from Dealers). After mining Coal and Metal Ore, return back to the main part of Metal Works near the Pipe request.

Smelting at Metal Works
Smelting is simple but potentially risky, to smelt you simply walk up the stairs next to smelter and drop the metal ore in the crucible. After dropping in the Metal ore you need to go back down the stairs and in that crevice underneath the crucible put the coal. 1 Coal will smelt 1 Metal ore. The Crucible will say on a screen how many Metal Ore is ready to be cast into Metal Ingots. Once all your Ore is smelted or when you are out of coal cast them into bars, and be quick to press "Keep" on them the second they get cast so they do not get stolen. Once that is done you should have some Metal Ingots, which outside of the smelting room is a shipping container with boxes, walk up to the boxes and check what material it is looking for. It can be either; Metal Ingots, Axles, Metal Plates.

Processing the Ingots
If the material listed that it needs is either Axles or Metal Plates then you need to walk over to the workbenches on the wall for Axles, and head to the machines behind the smelters for Metal Plates. Both machines require power which comes from a generator right outside the smelting room, generator can be refilled with bio fuel, a jerrycan can collect bio fuel from a fueling station ( a jerrycan can be crafted with 3 plastic, also found in trashcans like most items) . A fueling station gets its fuel from cancer pods. After getting power back put the ingots in the machines and pick up the items.

Shipping the items
After you have all the items take them to the shipping container and drop 1 in each box before dropping the rest into one box, the reason is once the other boxes get filled you will get rewarded since you placed a piece in that box and if there are 6 boxes thats 6 free Anamecytes when the eventually get filled. (thats what most people do btw)

The Laundry Business
As a prole you will also probably find 1 of 2 laundry mats in Aneurysm IV. The Laundry Job of the prole is relatively easy and is either relaxing or brain mushing monotonous.

Working the Washer and Dryer
On the wall is a lever that will call down dirty laundry, pick up that laundry with "grab" and put it in the dryer, or press "keep" and drop the dirty laundry out of your inventory into the washer. After placing it inside (hot) shut the door and it will wash the clothes for like 30 seconds to 1 minute or however long. When it is done the Washer will beep and you will have wet laundry, take the wet laundry to the other side and place it in the dryer and shut the door and the same deal, wait a minute and then take the unfolded laundry to the middle table and press "fold" then drag it into the basket at the end of the table near the door.

Do not steal laundry or your body will get beaten and cut up with screwdrivers and then eaten. This is not a joke.

The Distillery
The Distillery in Aneurysm IV is hole to 6 Distilling machines all allowing you to turn Sacks of Fruit and Vegetables into high-grade Alcohol. But before we get to Distilling we need to check if the Distillery has power (the generator should be blowing smoke out the top if it has fuel, if it does not have fuel follow the step back up in "Metal Works" and do the same thing at the Distillery. If the Distillery has fuel then we can head to our next location, the shipping container at the shipping container it will say looking for either; Crimson King (Sanguine Grapes), Viktor E. Vodka (Tomatotoes), or Moon Child (Skull potatoes). Now how do we get those fruits and vegtables? Again press Q and press "Greenhouse".

The Greenery
At the Greenhouses you will See Rapid Growing Tomatoes, Skull Potatoes, and Crying Grapes. All these fruits can be grown with a little bit of your blood. The option "Feed" makes a blood pact with the promising you will feed it, and if you don't... DEATH. Otherwise the plant will keep growing allowing you to harvest a full sack of that plant. People will often block doors, do not push them as pushing someone allows them to kill you without losing Anamecytes.

Back at the Distillery
Once you have brought your Sack of Fruit and are at the Distillery with power put the sacks of fruit inside a machine that is not being used. Once you have done that the machine will say processing, the amount it will be processing is 4x the amount of bags you put in, so 1 bag = 4 drinks. Once the fruit is in turn the machine on and watch the temperature, you want the temp to be above 100 and below 150 if you hit 150 it will explode and you will die. Once the machine is past 100 Drinks will be able to be bottled and once you have bottled all your drinks bring them to the shipping container and drop a drink in each one of the open boxes and once you have dropped 1 in each one drop the rest and if you fill the box close it and sign it granting you an anamecyte just for that.

(140 is temp sweet spot after hitting that temp turn the machine of it will continue to distill alcohol for you)

Some jobs require a special event to be open for proles to work at. Wartime Event has bombs drop from the sky and has proles make bombs at the wartime factory granting 80% of an Anamecytes every-time a bomb you helped create gets made. (its possible to get upward of 20 Anamecytes from this event). The other event is Ration event which has proles do math and either lose Anamecytes or make some. (When a player receives an Anamecytes there's a chance to receive an item from steam that is a cosmetic that can be used in game or sold or traded on steam market)

The Wartime Bomb Factory
The Bomb Factory is a death riddled insanity den full of cannibals. The prole once at the factory should pick up a Screwdriver (this will allow you to skin dead bodies of their meat). Once you have a screwdriver you should head left and start hitting the bombs being made with it, no this is not a joke. Just do not hit the warhead capsule while someone is carrying it or you will kill a good amount of people. The job at the factory is not hard you just grab items from the boxes you need and hit them with a screwdriver and that is all. The hard part is not dying from another prole or a controller because YOU accidentally hit someone else.

The Ration Factory
While the ration event is going on you can head to the ration factory to put fish in a giant blender, the fish are gathered by hopping in the lake near the ration factory and hitting the fish with a pipe, again not a joke. Once that is done you can drop the fish in the blender and then the machines behind the blender open up. This consoles ask basic math questions like 5-2 which you must answer by pressing the button "Add" X3 Times, since the answer would be 3. Mind you getting an answer wrong takes away 1 Anamecyte.

After doing a job for a while eventually a pay cycle will commence which will pay you if you were doing work within the last pay period. Money can be stored at a Banker which is another player. All Bankers have your money meaning you can talk to any banker and access your account, and when you store money at a banker it stores across lives.

Try grouping up, Aneurysm IV is alot safer with someone watching your back. Cause you never know what's gonna sneak behind you in that dark alley.

If you have items you can deposit them in a locker box. Locker Box's store across lives aswell.

Try saving some of the alcohol you distill and sell it to some Dealers or other Proles.

If ration time happens and you are grabbing the ration instead of making them, DO NOT CUT IN LINE.

If you see contraband do not pick it up. If you do quickly sell it to a person in a vent.

Eating people is okay if that person pushed you.

Liquidators can be your best friend if you need to hide a body.
