At the first launch, the game may start in an unknown language. In my case, it launched in Thai (even though English was set in the properties), and it took me quite a bit of time and frustration to figure out how to switch to a language I know for a comfortable gaming experience.

From what I've heard, many people even abandoned the game because they couldn’t figure out how to change the language, which is a shame since the game is worth diving into. In any language the arrangement of items in the menu will be the same, just repeat through the guide and you'll be fine.

The game welcomes us with three instructions on how to safely set up the game zone and use VR equipment. To close them, simply press X or A on the controllers, it will be shown on every launch, so feel free to skip them, you won't miss anything.

After a little loading, we are shown a quick tutorial on the controls, prompted to open the tutorial and adjust the floor height. Just look down and press to the third button with an X to exit here (will also show up every time later).

Finally we get to the main menu, here we need to select the third item, thus we go to the settings where you can change the language!

Then select the first item in the second column, a menu will pop up, where you can select the desired language. After that, the whole game will immediately switch to the selected language and you can comfortably immerse yourself in sports runs in this wonderful game!
