I play in silver 4, I've never met a player who doesn't know this. Some people do run with their guns out, but that doesn't mean they don't know it's faster. I mean if you're playing as CT and holding site, why would you need to rush to get there quickly when you will still have pleanty of time to set up if you're running at 225 units instead of 250? I still understand your reasoning for putting this out there because undoubtably there will be some players who don't know this, but instead you should make a guide explaining the diffirent running speeds of all the weapons. You can find out the running speed for weapons by using cl_showpos 1 in-game and holding diffirent weapons. The slowest is the heavy-weigh LMGs like the Negev and the fastest is the knife.

Not everyone knows this. And not everyone utilizes this. There are still too many who run with primary guns out.
