Death Cinematic Skip Button

Description
A variation of a "respawn quickly" mod that allows you to hold the Cinematic Skip button to quickly retry a level. JUUUST in case there was something cool a mod does for a death cinematic. Allows skipping, even outside of Death Wish.

Contains configs to adjust how long you have to hold the button, or if coop players are allowed to reset before everyone is dead.
