First item

Can be found in front of locked exit

Second and third item

Can be found in rooms behind this door

When the door behind the altar locks, to open it you must play the gramophone (recorder in a room near the planks)

Hint from the book

Near the altar you can see symbols on the floor, you need to stain them with blood using puddles around and walking over them

Password for the computer

Is told via telephone later in game: sanctus

Fourth item

Can be found behind the locked door near the beginning in the room to the left. In this room will be a hammer

Using a hammer from the last room break the rusty lock

Achievements

There are only 2 missable achievements.

Static Liberator
You need to break TVs with the hammer. They are located in a room where you found a hammer and in the beginning

Swift Passage
Pretty much self-explanatory and not hard to do
You need to сomplete the game within 15 minutes

Worth noting that for the 15 minute achievement, you need to relaunch the game if you don't get it on your first go. Pressing replay doesn't reset the timer and the achievement won't pop.
