Guide for Full DLC Achievements

Note: Guide for players who’ve already spent a good amount of time enjoying the game as intended.

Use this to wrap up the remaining achievements that require specific interactions or aren’t very intuitive to figure out on your own.

I spent 120 hrs to being AFK in ducks utopia, and 15 hrs for achieve rush.

Intro

I just unlocked all the achievements, so I made this guide on Steam for anyone struggling with old fragmented guides.

My Playthrough

At first I only had PPDS and free DLCs — Almost AFK with auto zoom(cinematic camera) and half of all achievements was done in around 100 hours.

Then, I bought all DLCs and couldn't fully AFK anymore — this is how I wrapped everything up in just a couple of days:

Took me half a day. 2 hours alone just for grooming an annoying parrot.

[PPDS Ducks] @ Rooftop One Percent

All rooftop achievements can be done in just 30 minutes.

[Ducks Galore] @ Infinity Cool

Started a new game and unlocked all its achievements in 2–3 hrs.

[Duck Addiction] @ Quacking the Ice

And from there, I experimented with all the other possible setups using DLC worlds and ducks to make some last achievements done.. but I don't really recommend adding two or more DLCs in same profile which make some specific ducks barely spawn.

📍Placid Plastic Duck Simulator (15)

All of these achievements require zero interaction so I wrote it roughly

1. Three is company

Unlocks when the third duck spawns.

2. Duck Invasion

Unlocks when the twentieth duck spawns.

3. Family pond

Unlocks when the default yellow duck eventually spawns three ducklings.

4. Make a wish

Unlocks automatically when a shooting star appears in the night sky.

5. Catch a flight

Unlocks automatically when a plane appears in the background.

6. Way to the shore

Unlocks when a duck exits the pool and drifts toward the beach. Easier with the propeller-hat duck.

7. Private pool

Unlocks when a duck slides down the slide into the lower pool.

8. Abducktion

Unlocks when a UFO abducts the cow duck.

9. On fire

Unlocks when a lava duck touches a flammable duck and sets it on fire.

10. Watery help

Unlocks when a burning duck is extinguished by rain, snow, or a firefighter duck.

11. Cruise ship

Unlocks when a cruise ship passes by in the background.

12. Ducks adrift

Unlocks when a group of ducks appears out in the sea.

13. That's all, ducks!

Unlocks when you've collected all ducks in PPDS.

14. High-rise

Unlocks when a duck that went down the slide returns to the upper pool via the tube.

15. Putting challenge

Unlocks when the golf ball at the bottom is knocked up to the surface — e.g., hit by a heavy duck (submarine/stone/marble), or by opening the underwater box via the submarine duck's perspective.

This achievement is unlocked when the propeller hat duck escapes outside the pool area and you click on the telescope on the map.
The helicopter hat duck belongs to the base duck pack (row 1, column 9). The propeller on the hat spins intermittently, lifting the duck into the air for about 5 seconds before it descends again.
Once the duck gains momentum toward the outside of the pool, it may eventually fall off. When it gets off outside, it will fall very long time, but be sure to focus on a duck. when you lose focus quickly click the telescope to unlock the achievement.( I dunno whether you must click immediately or not)
Since ducks often bounce in the wrong direction, it might take a while for one to escape.
To make things easier, disable cinematic mode so you don't lose focus. Letting the duck slide down and hit the icy area increases the chance of gaining speed in the right direction.

25. Scoring challenge

Cyborg Duck, Ghost Duck

Click on the cyborg duck to activate the scanner. Once the ghost duck is detected as a target on the scanner screen, the achievement will unlock.
If the ghost duck is too far or other ducks are in front of cyborg, it cannot be detected.
so restarting the game after both ducks have spawned can make it easier.
Ghost ducks are completely transparent, so it helps to nickname them once you spot one in your collection. (I got it in just 2 tries.)

★★ 27. Hide-and-Seek

Ninja duck

The ninja duck hides every 3 minutes, leaving behind a wooden log.
The log disappears quickly, but you can still find the hidden ninja for about a minute.
To track it easily, give it a nickname and keep your camera focus on it. (Disabling cinematic camera is recommended.)
Once it hides, you'll lose focus and need to find and refocus on it within a minute until it reappears.
Each map has fixed hiding spots, but this guide is especially helpful for Infinity Cool.
Note: The Tab key doesn’t work here so you’ll have to manually click the hidden duck.
Repeat the process 5 to 10 times to unlock the achievement.

☆☆ 28. Sailin' on

Bottleship duck

Unlocks when the bottleship duck is broken and the small ship inside is released. The glass breaks easily upon impact, so this achievement is usually unlocked automatically.

33. It's mining crypto!

When the golden duck with a coin pattern on its back appears, focus the camera on it or click it.
A progress bar will appear at the bottom left of the screen and gradually fill. Once it’s full, the achievement unlocks (around 15–20 minutes).
**⚠ Warning: Progress resets if you close the game.**

34. Annoying parrot

Click the parrot duck to make it speak 4 default phrases.
By keeping the camera focused and interacting consistently, it will learn and say a new phrase every 10 minutes.
Once it knows 8 phrases (total of 12), the achievement will unlock.
**⚠ Warning: Progress resets if you quit the game.**
Highly recommend turning off cinematic camera mode.
Some example phrases: “Ooh!”, “Ahoo!”, “Eheh-oh?”, “Whi-whosh”, “WAW omio”, “Ek wisha whuhuh,” etc.

35. Project BFD

The red, yellow, and blue jelly ducks will eventually collide and automatically merge without player input.
When they form a large, transparent jelly duck, the achievement unlocks.

36. Play the game

You’ll need the thief duck, piggy bank duck, and arcade machine duck to be in the same pool.
Once the thief duck bumps into the piggy bank duck and steals coins, and then crashes into the arcade machine duck, a prompt will appear.
Click the arcade machine when it activates to unlock the achievement.

This one can actually be unlocked just by going AFK for about a hour, so I’ll come back and tidy up the details later.

37. Weekend at Berna's

When any duck slides down the back-left slide and enters the elevator, it will reach a secret pool area, unlocking the achievement.
This may also unlock the “Private pool” achievement from the base game if not already completed.

38. Window cleaning service

Automatically unlocks when the window washer duck spawns in the Rooftop One Percent map.

39. Manager meeting

When the brick duck spawns in the Rooftop One Percent map, it causes three business ducks and their platform to fall into the pool.
The achievement unlocks as they enter the water.

🦆 Ducks Galore (3)

☆☆ 40. Hypergraphia

When the doodle duck collides with the heart duck, the heart duck gets marked with a doodle arrow, unlocking the achievement.

☆☆ 41. Big loud explosion

When the balloon duck collides head-on with the pin duck, it bursts, unlocking the achievement.

★★ 42. Pap-O-Matic

Click the Tamagotchi duck to begin the hatching process.
The egg will shake for minutes, then hatch.
Click the newly hatched pixel duckling to feed it several times to fill 1/5 of the progress bar.
When a heart pops above the pixel duck, you have to wait about 3 minutes before making progress again.
And you need to repeat this process 10 times to fully fill the bar twice.
When pixel duck grows up in two steps, the achievement will be unlocked.
If you quit the game, you have to do it again.

☆☆ 44. Lights in the night

When you collect the only large duck in this collection (with a small duck on its head), lights will automatically turn on during the night, unlocking the achievement.

☆☆ 45. No flamingos allowed

Flamingo duckling

When a duckling with a flamingo is popped by another duck with a sharp object, it starts crying, unlocking the achievement.
Try pairing it with knight duck (Duck Addiction), or party hat(events Ducks) knife ducks(PPDS), etc.
But Ducks with high-mounted horns (like unicorns or cones) only pop the float if they’re falling or flipping fast.
I achieved it when the flamingo was pierced by a fast-slipping party whistle duck.
