Description
Sata andagi (サーターアンダギー) are a type of deep-fried, sweet bun or doughnut, popular in Okinawa, Japan, and also found in Hawaii and other places with Okinawan influence. They are made with a dough of flour, sugar, and eggs, and are known for their slightly crispy exterior and soft, cakey interior.
