Surfboard Stretch B / サーフボードストレッチＢ

Description
This is a custom version of the back grapple Surfboard Stretch where the defender stays standing and the attacker doesn't place their foot on the back of the defender's back.

I have also made this version a SML Back Grapple so it can be used in those slots. Damage matches the original move.
