Strategy for Transmutation Solitaire
By Beatpeet
I used the following combination of cards to win this solitaire after struggling for a while and not knowing what to combine best.
My first plan was to put the whole stack on one or two slots and afterwards create the cards from the highest to the lowest on one stack to ensure I have everything correctly.
Keep in mind you can transmute a card, leave it there and still use the slots below it to store cards.

I know I overused the transmutation feature but I found it easier to combine the cards and get space this way.

Table with combinations
Here is the table of combinations I used:
1 1 2 1 + 1 3 1 + 2 4 2 + 2 5 2 + 3 6 3 + 3 7 3 + 4 8 4 + 4 9 4 + 5 10 5 + 5 11 5 + 6 12 6 + 6 13 6 + 7 14 7 + 7 15 7 + 8 16 8 + 8 17 8 + 9 18 9 + 9 19 9 + 10 20 10 + 10 21 10 + 11 22 11 + 11 23 11 + 12 24 12 + 12 25 12 + 13 26 13 + 13

Here is a image showing how I stacked the card before starting the combination.
I make sure to have one pile with all the high cards (10+). one pile with all low card (5 and below) and the rest in a pile. That leaves me two slots to work with combining all the card I need.

In this example below, I used the single 13, single 6, 7, 3 and 4 because I had them left over.
Just make sure you start with the highest number and the rest will make sense.
