Please note that there's mild spoilers for the end of chapter 1.

At the end of Chapter 1, after a scene at the jetty, you'll find yourself underwater and in quite a predicament.



Getting the achievement is quite simple! Once you're on the screen above all you have to do is leave the game alone for ten minutes and the achievement will pop!

The achievement references the first Monkey Island game, where the protagonist Guybrush Threepwood could hold his breath for ten full minutes, he's even in the image for it!



If you actually waited for ten minutes in an underwater scene in that game he'd actually die btw.
