Interesting idea. However, it seems to have several flaws, such as lack of connective armor, and it has only one weapon. If this is meant to be a hit-and-run vehicle, then you should install several SMGs, so you don't have to worry about accuracy if it's target is especially tricky. Other than that, I see no other flaws in this robot.
