I got a lvl 29 rune

This is a less known feature, but Epic runes are NOT duplicable. If you obtained all Epic runes in the game, then they will not drop anymore, even if you're using death threats. So if you want to farm lvl30 runes for some reason, then keep getting those Epic runes until the game can only give you level runes.

Rug is also one of the warchiefs that's has a "hate of x" strength, which in this case, Morgal Flies. And it's also pretty easy to trigger.

The hardest part is getting captains up to lv. 25 if you want to farm the runes.

do not send a death threat if u want lv30 rune lol. death threat may give the chief 5lv but it increases chance of epic rune by like 40%..

Actually bass is right, the only thing is you have to make sure YOU are not the one doing the killing blow, this way you are guaranteed it will drop a non epic rune, and since you are playing test of the ring it's pretty easy not doing the killing blow, just brand lots of uruk or even better, just brand one of his body guard, right after step 2 from that guide, go find his body guard dominate him to send death threat and you just killed two birds with one stone. you can safely ignore the need to trigger his hatred since death threat already add +2 levels. just make sure one of your uruk does the killing blow and it's a guaranteed lvl 30 rune faster and easier.
