The aim of this build is too become "A Terrorist", with high damage weapons and many explosives. But a Terrorist must be light on the feet incase they need to go into hiding, so they're will also be some dodge involved.

Terrorists are strong in forces, and what better way to keep that force alive with some good old fashioned mastermind skills. You will also be able to tie down some hostages, and maybe even convert them to your side.

Endurance, Aced - To run longer
Combat Medic - To move up the tree
Cable Guy, Aced - Tie down Civis
Leadership, Aced - more stability
Equilibrium, Aced - To move up the tree
Spotter - More damage on spotted foes
Dominator, Aced - Cuff a foe
Joker - Convert dominated foes
Combat Doctor - two med kits
Kilmer - faster reload with assult rifles and snipers
Inspire - Shout-revive
