By Geo
I got tired of seeing all these Easter Egg guides only give small hints on where stuff is. So here are the Easter Eggs and unique files I have found. Needless to say, spoilers ahead.

RevelationsCoreV0.7
RevelationsCoreV0.7: Wait until you see the news of an Uplink Agent killed, hack into the ARC Mainframe, check the logs, run Log_UnDeleter on all the logs that take place at the same time as the new article. Follow the IPs back until you connect to a personal computer. You can download RevelationsCoreV0.7 from "FileZ". You must do this before you receive the email from the deceased Agent, otherwise his PC will have been destroyed. This file does nothing, but its a nice little trinket.
Revelations v1.0
Revelations v1.0: Given to you by ARC to plant on Arunmor's servers, this virus is designed to completely destroy the global internet. If you run this from you programs list, its game over for you. Unless you make a back up of this file somewhere, you will not beable to get another copy if you delete it.
RevelationsTrace v1.0
RevelationsTrace v1.0: Given to you by Arunmor to place on ARC's servers to track info on the Revelation virus.
Revelations_Trace v1.0
Revelations_Trace v1.0: A executable version of the above file, gives you a up-to-date list of all IPs infected by Revelations. It is given to you by Arunmor in the final mission to combat the Revelation virus.
Faith v4.0
Faith v4.0: A "counter-virus" to Revelations given to you by Arunmor. You have to drag and drop it into the file server of infected systems then run it from the console to clear the Revelation infection.
Uplink_Agent_list
Uplink_Agent_list: This program lists all Uplink Agents. It requires Uplink_Agent_Data_0.dat through Uplink_Agent_Data_8.dat to see all the agent's real names. The program and files can be found by hacking the admin account on Uplink Internal Service System and looking in the file server. One of the .dat files (the one with your information on it) is always missing and I have not been able to locate it, if it exists at all.

Alternate Story Start
Alternate Story start: Same as finding RevelationsCoreV0.7, but check "EmailZ" and delete the email the Agent wrote about ARC.
ARC vs Arumor
ARC vs Arumor: If you plant Revelations v1.0 on Arunmor's servers, you start the ARC missions. If you instead wait until Arunmor emails you, then reply to them with Revelations v1.0 attached, you will start the Arumor side of the story.
Introvision Software IP address
Introvision Software IP address: 128.128.128.128

Wargames??? mission award
Wargames??? mission award: To go Protovision Game Server. Use the password "joshua". You can click on random places and watch as digital nukes drop (this is a reference to the 1980s movie "Wargames" and the program Global Thermonuclear War that the movie's AI thinks is a game.). Upon playing the game, you get the mission award and a unique news article.
Author's notes
I hear there are other secrets you either need the physical box & disc for, as well as easter eggs hidden in the game's very code. I don't have the physical box/cd nor the ability to check the code.

I have uploaded the guide, it's nowhere near done, just the first few pages, if you want to add a link or something to it.

Also, quick notification for ya, "Arunmor" not "Arumor," before there are people who get triggered. :^) Just don't want /those/ people to yell at ya. The gamebible contains secrets of development, I am going to make a guide with the text of the bible, most likely. It includes pictures of the early development layouts, drawn by hand. It's literally a notebook of someone at Introversion, most likely the lead of the Uplink project.

Owning the Dev CD through getting it at a yardsale, I can confirm that there are many secrets, although I have not yet decoded the final devbible, so... there's that. There are a ton, though, like the fact that you have to completely recompile the game to get the cheats enabled.
