Use this thread for a quick reference for the Gold Medal requirements for every Story mission, Strangers & Freaks side missions, and Hobbies / Pastimes in Grand Theft Auto V.

In GTA V, all of the story and side missions (Strangers and Freaks) have, on average, three or four specific requirements that will net you an overall Gold Medal once they have been completed. These requirements range from completing a mission under a certain amount of time, getting a specific number of headshots, and even other unique tasks that relate to the mission in question.

Keep in mind that the mission's requirements do not have to be completed in one run. Additionally, there are a total of about 117 missions to work with so there's plenty to pick and choose from here. Once you complete a mission, you can replay it by pausing your game and going to the “Game” tab in the Pause Menu. Here, you can select which mission you would like to replay as well as see which requirements you still have to complete.

• Take note that you can check these requirements while you are off mission in the game in the paused menu after having completed them, but this guide will serve as a checklist for those who choose to view the requirements pre-mission or mid-mission.
  
  
• The requirements for each mission DO NOT all have to be completed in one run of the mission. Once you complete a mission, you can replay them by pausing your game and going to the “Game” section in the paused menu. Here, you pick and choose which missions you would like to replay as well as see what requirements you have left to obtain a Gold Medal on that mission. You can work on different requirements for a mission one at a time. This will be much easier for some of the longer and more difficult missions.
  
  
• If you die during a mission, time based requirements and accuracy requirements will automatically be void, so be careful!
  
  
• Trevor's Rampage missions are the ONLY missions in the game which can not be broken up for Gold Medals. This means that you must fulfill all three of the Gold Medal requirements in one attempt.
  
  
• The Assassination missions listed in the Hobbies & Pastimes section of this Checklist Guide DO COUNT towards this achievement. Since you can find them in the "Replay Missions" section of the paused menu, you can work on them again if you missed a Gold Medal on each assassination. The Shooting Range and Trevor's Trafficking missions/medals DO NOT COUNT, but I will leave the information for that in this thread.
