A lot of guides and websites will give you a list of what Z-Souls, clothing items/accessories, and skills that you can get from each Parallel Quest (PQ for short). But there isn't a lot of information on how exactly to unlock these items within the quests (i.e. what characters drop what items exactly) and after being frustrated by this, I decided to create a list of how exactly to get these items.

This guide currently does not cover all PQs, and will be updated as often as possible with more information. If there is any incorrect information, please let me know so it can be corrected.

Also, this is important to know: drops are not 100% guaranteed. Xenoverse's RNG is an absolute pain, and it can potentially take a couple hours for one lousy Z-Soul to drop. But at least knowing how to get the drop you want will help you out.
