Just wondering (for after bronze) is there a short cool-down between throwing a weapon and grabbing it back if so what is the length?

Not really weird Saintly if you won most of your matches. Brawlhalla is pretty easy for some people to pick up, for others its pretty challenging so you either end up in Silver or Bronze most of the time based on how quickly you've picked it up.

Nice!

I didn't really need this, coming from competitive Smash and reaching Silver within two hours, but I have to say this was a great guide! I especially enjoyed the mindset segment. Truer words have never been spoken. Being salty is human nature, but you have to take it upon yourself to realize that you can improve.

if you have a decent amount of technical skill, I would recommend Hattori

Hattori is extremely quick, which will allow for you to dodge almost all of your opponents' attacks. Hattori also uses swords which if used correctly with a quick class cannot be defeated easily. The main thing you need to watch out for are the rocket spears and the blasters, as they can be very annoying (especially when a shitty player resorts to spamming the horizontal rocket attack or the instant blaster attack).
