Intro
This guide is going to show you how to get custom graphic settings for Ghost Recon Phantoms. If you are one of those who loves the looks of high graphics settings but your PC just can handle it, I will show you how to find that sweet spot between beauty and speed. I hope this guide will help you and be easy to use. So without further ado, lets start tweaking that .ini file!
Were to go
So, since this guide is on Steam, I am going to assume you have the Steam version of GRP. Finding the graphics file is quite easy and quick to locate.

Open up file explorer and head on down to your Steam directory, then follow it down to the NCSA-Live folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Online\Game\NCSA-Live

Once you are in the NCSA-Live folder you will be looking for a "GraphicSettings.ini" file, this is the one you want to edit.
What is what and what to do
Nice work, you found the GraphicSettings.ini and have it opened in NotePad. Now for the dirty work of optimizing and tweaking.

I will be using a graphics rating for each setting on a scale of 1-5.
Rated at highest quality setting or when turned on.
1 = large FPS loss
2 = small FPS loss
3 = no gain or loss of FPS
4 = small FPS gain
5 = large FPS gain.
FPS ratings will vary from person to person due to PC builds.

Now, looking in the file this is what you will see. You can follow my notes and start your tweaking.

You should add you have to set the Graphicsettings.ini file to read-only or else it will reset all your settings.
