[Hidden Achievement]
Down boy - Story: Kill 20 enemies with a chihuahua on your leg.

[Hidden Achievement]
Keep quiet - Story: Kill the screaming enemy on all levels.

You'll get Headhunter naturally as long as you consistently go for them.

You'll get most of the nutshots you need done doing Wiseguy. Clean up the rest by replaying a chapter.

In the chapters you play as Clarence, chihuahuas will jump on your leg, when that happens, you need to kill 20 enemies. Your aim will be severely hindered during this. It helps if you kill right as they jump on you when your aim's not awfully out of control. If you don't get this naturally, golfing with grenades has plenty of chihuahuas.

The video above is what I used for keep quiet.

The kills count across all playthroughs. Credit for video goes to PS4Trophies.
A good earner
A good earner - Story: Find and shoot all the hidden objects in the game.

The video I used. Do this while doing Wiseguy. Credit for video goes to PS4Trophies.
Wiseguy
Wiseguy - Story: Get a 4 Star global ranking at the end of all levels.

Your global ranking is based on how you do in 9 categories:
  • Best combo
  • Quick gestures
  • Melee attacks
  • Average enemy lifespan
  • Shooting accuracy
  • Warning sign kills
  • Headshots
  • Nutshots
  • Collectibles

To get a 4 star global ranking you need to get 4 stars in at least 6 of these categories. Death, time and even score don't seem to be a factor.

For best combo, like you might guess, gives a score based on your highest combo. To get a good combo, kill quickly, but don't spray as it will drop your accuracy rating. Using cover stops the combo's reset timer, so use that as needed. Combo resets if you die.

Quick gestures scores you based on how many times you get the "Speed demon" bonus, which is obtained by completing quick time events swiftly. Whenever you're not otherwise engaged, move your mouse in circles so you complete the events almost as soon as they appear.

For melee attacks, when you see a guy running up to you with a melee weapon, don't shoot him. Wait for him to get close and whack him. Only limited opportunities in each level, so be careful.

Average enemy lifespan is probably the hardest of the bunch, so don't worry about this and focus on the other categories.

Shouldn't have too much trouble with shooting accuracy due to so many enemies not moving. If you are having trouble, though, use aim assist.

Warning sign kills are earned when you kill an enemy while the yellow warning sign shows above them. Always go for the ones with the warning signs first.

Headshots shouldn't be an issue, if it is, use aim assist.

For nutshots, shoot 15 or so in the crotch and you should be golden.

Refer to "A good earner" for collectible locations.

This can be done on normal difficulty.

Capo
Capo - Story: Complete the last level in Crazytrain difficulty.

If you've managed Wiseguy before this, Capo will definitely be doable. Don't worry about score while you do this. Get the warning signs first and use the environment and objects thrown at you to your advantage. Use cover as needed. For more elbow room, lose all your lives and you'll get another extra life for your future attempts.
Arcade: S ranks
Double Dragon - Arcade: Get an S ranking at the end of level 1, on any difficulty setting.

Super Dead - Arcade: Get an S ranking at the end of level 2, on any difficulty setting.

The Right Hand of Hua - Arcade: Get an S ranking at the end of level 3, on any difficulty setting.

Breaking the Dawn - Arcade: Get an S ranking at the end of level 4, on any difficulty setting.

Grand Slam - Arcade: Get an S ranking at the end of level 5, on any difficulty setting.

Weed Watchers - Arcade: Get an S ranking at the end of level 6, on any difficulty setting.

Freshly Squeezed - Arcade: Get an S ranking at the end of level 7, on any difficulty setting.

Getting the golden AK-47 and killing all enemies give you a decent amount of points, likely enough to push you over the edge. KIll with headshots and slomo for extra points.
Stolen Time
[Hidden Achievement]
Stolen Time - Arcade: Accumulate 10 minutes of fast-forward.

Fast forward activates whenever you kill all the enemies on the screen. It goes ahead to where the next enemies are. You'll almost certainly get this naturally.
Angel of Death and Golden Bullets
Angel of Death - Arcade: Get the "All enemies killed" bonus at the end of each level, on any difficulty setting.

Golden Bullets - Arcade: Get the golden AK-47 once in all levels, on Abnormal.

In arcade mode, you get a new gun every time you kill a certain amount of enemies. Golden AK-47 is the final gun you get. If you get hit the kill counter is reset, but you keep the gun you have. Should be able to kill everyone if you get that far.

Level-based achievements
Killing Them Slowly - Arcade: Kill 25 enemies in one game while in Slomo in level 5, on Abnormal.

Amandine is Down! - Arcade: Beat the 2,100,000 point score at the end of level 2, on Crazytrain.

Cyrille is Down! - Arcade: Beat a fast-forward time of 1 min 05 sec in level 6, on Normal.

For Killing Them Slowly, go for headshots only, this will charge your slomo. Nutshots also charge your slomo... But who would be so heartless?

For Amandine is Down, go for the golden AK-47 and make sure you kill everyone. Kill with headshots and slomo for extra points. (Might need more points than the achievement tells you)

For Cyrille is Down, kill as quickly as you can and use slomo whenever you're able.
Forehead Kiss
Forehead Kiss - Arcade: Perfom 500 headshots in Slomo.

This'll probably be your last arcade achievement. Just keep doing level 7 and focus on slomo headshots. Can be done on any difficulty.
Conclusion
I hope this guide helped in some way. If you saw any problems in the guide, want further help or have any tips to add, please leave a comment and I'll do what I can.

Great guide, thanks! Got my 100%.
Also, game works smooth on 64-bit Win11, no issues here.
Wiseguy (4-star all levels) isn't too difficult, and neither is the second playthrough on Crazytrain (enemies just hit harder and react quicker, everything else is the same).
I'll mention that difficulty-related arcade achievements must be done specifically on that difficulty. For example, Cyrille is Down! must be done on Normal, even if you meet the requirements on a harder difficulty.
And finally, Weed Watchers and Freshly Squeezed are swapped. So if you're trying to get Weed Watchers, you need to S-rank level 7, not 6.

For Forehead Kiss, I averaged 35 slow mo kills on Tunnel of Murder and Maltese Chicken (levels 3 and 4), and 32 on Golfing With Grenades, whereas all other levels were less than 30. I would recommend focusing those levels for the achievement.

Down Boy can be gotten quicker on the golf course/party level, at one point four-ish enemies will show up in front of a barrel right as a chihuahua starts humping you. It's a nice progress boost.

@ Large New Yorker I encountered a bug: the achiev for S-rank in Level 6 you actually get for level 7 and the achiev for level 7 you get for level 6. So these both achievs are swapped, which means you have to get S-rank in level 7.

I ll try
Legion  [author] 16 Apr, 2017 @ 12:30pm
Actually, I vaguely recall having to barely get the S-score for the achievement to pop, might've been a different game, but worth a shot.
Legion  [author] 16 Apr, 2017 @ 12:27pm
Probably gonna have to. Be sure to post if it works, in case anyone else has this problem.
MontanaUmami 16 Apr, 2017 @ 12:19pm
Thanks for the answer, but it doesnt do it I beat my own score several times and am like place 200 or something in the world, I am far far above what you need for S-Rank usually. What helps me would be a way to disable steamcloud or resett it I think.
Legion  [author] 16 Apr, 2017 @ 12:16pm
Wouldn't know for sure. Try getting a higher score, that's what you have to do for a couple of the achievements.

I got S-rank on all arcade levels, but the level 6 weed watchers one didn`t unlock the achievement. Redoing it doesn`t change a thing. I tried it like twenty times with restarting the game and uninstalling it. Anyone knows something about it?
