Seeker Elite

Use: Lift/Surge

Summary
Throw the Elite into obstacles with Lift for a while.
Or hit him after he's attacked with Surge.
Or press melee while dodging to perform a damaging dash attack.

Chapter 4-D (The Awakening)

The cop-out method is to just throw the Elite into the environment using Lift, dealing incremental damage from boxes, storage shelves, and batteries. You should be able to keep the Elite completely helpless since you'll be able to recharge your psychic power between throws. Even if you run out of objects, just throwing him against the scenery will be good enough to kill him.

If you use Surge: Attack the Seeker Elite only after he's attacked you, otherwise he will counter. Stay far enough away so that he doesn't beat you into the ground, but close enough that he's not leaping a lot. If you're careful, you can get next to him to trigger his attack without being punished so you can use Surge.

While it's more risky, you can press melee while dodging to perform a dash attack that deals significant damage and doesn't get countered too much. This attack sends the Elite flying, and for a period you can get a few extra hits in while he's on the floor, especially if you do multiple dash attacks.

This fight is about patience, so if you're taking significant damage, run to the opposite side of the room or into the alcove by the doors to recharge your health.
The Bounty Hunter (Barrakka Bahma)

Phase One: Surge/Negate/Fist Slam
Phase Two: Aeon Pulse/Fury

Summary
Push her off the ledge after she jetpacks into the air using something that will push her away, like Surge, a held Negate shield, a melee attack from the air, or a Fury rocket.
Then destroy the engines of her ship with Aeon Pulse or Fury rockets.
Repeat two times.

Chapter 5-A (Crossed Lines)
  1. Run over to the Bounty Hunter.
  2. Avoid attacks while waiting for her jetpack attack. She'll charge up and launch into the air.
  3. After she lands, push her off the ledge with Surge, Negate, or a fist slam (jump + melee).
  4. Retreat back to the entrance to avoid the lasers.
  5. Flick-target her engine and shoot it with weapons or Aeon Pulse.
  6. Repeat the pattern two more times.

Avoiding the jetpack blast
You can easily avoid being knocked down by the jetpack attack by holding your Negate shield in front of you. Not only will you be impervious to the blast, but you'll also immediately push Barrakka Bahma once the attack is over.
Alternatively, you can do a charge jump (dodge + jump) to leap over the blast, or simply move outside of its radius.

If she doesn't do the jetpack attack: Get close and try to dodge her attacks. She'll use the move randomly, so as long as she isn't shooting her H.A.Z.E. Blasters at you, you're close enough for her to try it.
The Skinwalker

Use: Surge (charged)

Summary
Charge Surge (hold down the button) when he holds a rock above his head and release it to drop the rock on him.
While he's down, attack him however you want.
Repeat two times.

Chapter 6-G (Turning Tides)

Do not use Lift.
In the Xbox version of the game, you would wait for the Skinwalker to throw the rock so that you could use Lift to pluck it out of the air and throw it back. Do not do this on the PC version, if you're playing with a keyboard and mouse. Flick-targeting on PC here is difficult because the scrollwheel doesn't have have vertical flick-targeting like the Xbox analog stick. It's extremely difficult to do and Surge is much simpler.

After you've knocked down the Skinwalker, he will remain in his disabled position until you deal about a third of his life total.

If you carry a level 3 Kaull Firelance into the arena with you, you can actually kill the Skinwalker in one shot with the Kaull's charged alt-fire once you've downed him.
The Koroem

Use: Surge/Lift

Summary
Kill the Seeker infantry that appear from the doorways.
Once they're all dead, bounce the black energy ball back at the Koroem three times using Surge.
Then use Lift to throw one of the rocks that drops from the ceiling at it.
Repeat two times.
After the cutscene, use your new psychic power.

Epilogue-A (Pulling Strings)

If the rocks don't show up after bouncing the black energy ball: Your Surge might be destroying them because it's too powerful. The higher level Surge is, the greater its radius and range. Back away from the Koroem before using Surge to avoid this. Alternatively, don't flick-target the Koroem, because it will aim your Surge higher, destroying the rocks as they fall from the ceiling.

After you've hit the Koroem three times, you'll be given the final psychic power: Foldspace. Just use it once your psychic meter is charged. (You can actually unequip Foldspace by going to your powers menu and replacing it with another power. You won't be able to re-equip it, so you'll be forced to die.)

Probably a bug. Launched the game after quitting it last night and now it worked as described.

@Ellaliini: Surge has a wide range so it will hit the rock even when you're aiming at the Skinwalker. It's super weird it's not charging though -- I can only think of some sort of input problem like your game isn't recognizing you're holding it, or maybe something like your Charge needs to be level 2.

Holding down the button for Surge doesn't seem to do anything. The surge will simply hit the skinwalker even if I aim at the rock. And I don't hear a charging sound.

Thanks! I could manage to defeat him! Tried to use lift but was a mess! Thanks a lot.

@Doctor, if all else fails, you can change an .ini file to allow you to skip the level. It won't skip any cutscenes, it'll just bypass the fight.

Go to Advent Rising's System folder in your Steam directory and look for MyDefUser.ini. Look for the binding for F8, and remove the semi-colon in front of it. Save it, and if you press F8 when you get back to the level, it'll automatically skip to the next cutscene.

Just don't press it while the game is playing a cutscene or it will crash.
