it was an older version of arma with the old lighting - so this look isnt really reachable 100% because of the engine update. but you can get it close with real light 7 and your favourite LUT from http://sh8.videopilot.link/real-light-7/

or reshadefx also except they make it with DoF too so it looks photo realistic.
