To get this DLC, you'll have to go to https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/join.php and create an account. There's two options you can select for creating an account. One requires your Euro Truck Simulator 2 key, and the other requires you to sign in with your steam account. (Please note, this is the companies own site, very safe. Once you choose an option, just enter in the info you want to use for your account.

Once you've entered all your info for your account, you'll need to confirm it. Head over to your email (that you used for the world of trucks account), and click the confirmation link from the WoT email. After that, you can sign into the account.

After you've signed in, you should just be brought to the events page (if not, https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/events.php). Once there, you should see your key on the right of the page!
