When you start off on the counter start walking straight ahead towards the wall, then turn around and walk the other way to collect all of the small items on the counter.
There are a few brushes on the ground of the cafe. Drop down and collect those next, then go to the corner behind the counter (where the chef is walking around) and collect all small enough items there.
Go back up to the counter via the ramp and collect everything you can.
Drop down in the corner where the other people are standing and collect everything there.
Make your way up the tables with the turkey on them and collect every item you can.
Drop down to the right and pick up all the small items including the candle circle. Try not to run into the red thing in the middle of it, because it will bounce you back and cost you time.
Go ahead and pick up a bunch of stuff from the floor. Do not go behind the sofa yet.
Find the shortest way up to the middle platform and collect everything you can. You can ignore some of the bananas and spiders, so don't run after all of them.
Go to the sofa and get the stuff behind it.
Next get up on the tables and absorb everything as fast as possible, until you are able to get the gray chairs. You can pick them up by running on the edges of the tables, so you won't have to get down for this.
After that you will be able to collect the tables and a couple of other things on the middle platform. You should also go after any remaining chairs at this point.
You will have enough points to be able to pick up the people and any other large objects now, including the remaining big tables and anything else you can find.
Run across the room as fast as possible and try picking up as much as you can.
With this strategy I was able to barely finish with an A+ with just 4 seconds remaining. There might be a better way, but this is how I did it. Hope it helps!

It seems like in general the goal with this game is "Collect every small item you can, and as soon as you've stepped up start collecting the largest item possible." I was able to get straight A+s on every level with this technique, but man Cafe Internets kicked my butt. It took probably 15-20 different tries before I made that one. And now I gotta try to perfect the secret levels!
