Introduction
As I haven’t been able to find a complete walkthrough for Ahmose’s romance ending, I thought I’d go ahead and start one here. I will try my best to make walkthroughs for the other guys as well as for the main storyline (“dream of family” ending) although I’m not sure how long it will take me to do so.
Getting on Ahmose’s path
Unlike the other guys who are introduced in New York, Sadie will not meet Ahmose until she arrives in Egypt. So once you finish the tutorial and can begin in New York, it’s a good idea to build up stats. However, remember to complete the capers that have to do with the main storyline. (They’ll be labeled something like “The Main Adventure.”) If you wish to focus solely on Ahmose, you can ignore the other capers.

Once you arrive in Egypt, find Ahmose’s caper(s) and complete the obstacles that are related to his storyline. Also, remember to complete the caper that is related to the main storyline. It’s important to do both the main storyline and Ahmose’s capers when Sadie is in New York, Egypt, Australia, and India. If the main storyline caper is neglected at any point before the Christmas holiday, then Ahmose’s capers will not appear and you won’t have the option to begin a romance with him.

Now to get the option to begin a romance with Ahmose, you need to have at least 30 relationship points by Christmas. (I got to around 50 points by this time so this shouldn’t be a problem.) By simply completing Ahmose’s capers (you don’t necessarily have to pass all of the obstacles unless they’re marked in red), this should be doable.

(This walkthrough won’t include details on how to pass Ahmose’s capers in Egypt, Australia, and India. This is because I’m planning on saving this information for if/when I get around to posting a walkthrough for the “dream of family” path.)

Once the Christmas holidays arrive, you get the option to invite Ahmose to spend Christmas with Sadie and Evelyn. Do so! It’s the only chance you’ll have to get the romance option. During this conversation, you can build relationship points with Ahmose and then there will be the option to start a romance. Again, do so! If you don’t, you will only have one more chance to start a romance with him and if you refuse, then you’ll only be able to achieve a friendship with him.
Getting Ahmose’s best romance ending
So now that you’ve chosen to pursue a romance with Ahmose, why not go ahead and get the best possible ending with him? But before I forget, I should state that once you choose to start a romance with him, your “dream of family” will change to “dream of Ahmose” and so your starting value will be at zero. However, do not fret, for this score will increase quickly by completing the following capers related to his path. Also, it will no longer be necessary to do the capers that are related to the "dream of family" path although you may choose to do so.
Peru

Below are the choices I made (marked as "x") once Sadie arrived in Peru as well as how many dream points I earned when I passed the obstacles. (I’ve done the same for New Orleans and Turkey as well as for the Easter holiday in New York, as there is one obstacle during that event.)

Investigate Mummy Matters-part of Ahmose: The Main Adventure

• Dust?
• Is that what Ahmose meant by he and the Eye being linked?
No way. Not on my watch is anyone turning to dust. x

Adventure with Ahmose (in spirit) in Peru

• I’m sorry I had to leave.
I know. I wish I could take you with me. x
• Really? ‘Cause, y’know, I was talking to this curator earlier…

1st obstacle
• Diplomacy x (+5 Dream of Ahmose)

• Hope

Would you please reconsider? x
• Of course. I’m sorry to intrude.
• I can help you!

• …but ancient civilizations all over the world had elaborate customs for burial, some of which included mummification.
I’m on a purely professional mission to find the Ruby Eye. x
• I didn’t mean…I meant…

You think I’m going to let a tiny setback like not being invited stop me from going? You don’t know me very well, do you? Come on. x
• The part where I go along with it, obviously. Come on, I need to go get some research in. I’m not going to convince him I’ll be helpful unless I actually know something about something.

Senor Tello? With all due respect, you’re torturing me. x
• A new discovery?! You MUST tell me. If I could bring something new back to New York, my name would be made as an archaeologist.
• Spill it!

• I can watch her!
• I can watch her…if it’ll get me close to those mummies.
I can watch her. I was thinking it was about time I mentored someone. x

• You’ll let me examine them? Up close? Oh, thank you!
• How exciting!
I won’t let you down. I can examine with the best of them. x

I’m sure that’s only a trick of the light in a dark space. Besides, I thought you wanted to go. x
• I’m sure that’s not possible. Aren’t you interested in examining the mummies?
• A trick of the light, I’m sure. If you’re going to be a world-class archaeologist, you’ll have to venture into places that seem daunting.

(Studying a mummy) Yes…I see twine used to hold them in place…Wait a minute…I see twine… x
• I can’t believe I’m standing this close to a Paracas mummy! But wait…this bundle is open.
• Wow. I’m doing what only a tiny handful of archaeologists in the world have ever done. But what is this? A piece of twine?

2nd obstacle
• Awareness x (+5 Dream)

• Perception

3rd obstacle
• Courage
Poise x (+5 Dream)

• Then ask for a raise. But don’t despoil these ancient finds.
• I’m sorry things have gotten so hard for you, but thievery is not the way to go.
I wonder that there’s not another solution for you, because thievery is dishonorable. x

• Kheper is just remarking on my infatuate-er, fascination with mummies. The Paracas mummies are very different from Egyptian mummies. But very similar in some ways, too. Organ removal, for instance-
Kheper is being his usual obnoxious self. I am simply fascinated by mummies and Paracas mummies are very different from Egyptian mummies. But very similar in some ways, too. Organ removal, for instance- x

• Be careful?
• I know, I know. Be careful.
I have a feeling you’re about to tell me to have a care for my well-being. x

4th obstacle
• Resolve x (+5 Dream)

• Perception

Really? Oh, thank you! x
• Oh, won’t Auntie and Professor Hemsworth be so proud?
• I’m going to be famous!

Let’s get out of this plane and see where we are. x
• Whew! That was close. I think I’m still shaking.
• Hear, hear. Where are we, anyway?

• Don’t worry, Senor Tello. We wouldn’t dream of it.
Of course, you don’t. I’m a professional. x
• Never!

5th obstacle

• Diplomacy
Problem Solving x (+5 Dream)

• Well, actually…
I wouldn’t say total lack of technology. x
• I used to sound a lot like you too.

• Okay.
I wish you wouldn’t be so vague. x
• The mysterious mummy strikes again.

• And you think this geoglyph has something to do with the Egyptian tree of life?
• Two different renderings of a tree, thousands of years and miles apart does not a connection make.
Hmm, I see what you’re saying. But it’s far-fetched, don’t you think? x

• Yes, who can say?
I’ll bet Ahmose would have an opinion or two on that. x
• I’m sure they contacted nothing but the effects of the drugs.

• Really?
Somehow, I’m not surprised to hear this. Is Felix sure? x
• Oh, brother. Better not let Ahmose hear this one. Is Felix sure?

I think Claudia is going to be a force to be reckoned with in the future…if she can stay out of trouble. x
• And Claudia is going to be a stellar archaeologist someday. I just know it.
• And if Claudia keeps at it, someday she might just follow in your footsteps.
New York (Valentine’s Day)
Below are the following choices I made once Valentine’s Day rolled around.

I was beginning to worry! x
• Not a problem. We only just got here ourselves.
• I might forgive you…for a price.

Try to blend in with the crowds. x
• Sneak out the front door.
• Hide him in the women’s restroom.
New Orleans

Again, these are the choices I made once Sadie arrived in New Orleans.

Talk Strategy with Kheper (Ahmose: The Main Adventure)

• I have grown…accustomed to his company. I just don’t like the idea of anyone turning into dust. And…I never showed him the Chrysler building, did I?
• Yes. And the thought of never seeing him again. I never showed him the Chrysler building.
Yes, I admit. And I’m not going to let anything happen to him. I haven’t even shown him the Chrysler building. x

Adventure with Ahmose

• Me too. x

• Sure. That’s what friends are for!
• There is no better plan for fun than New Orleans.

Give him three pennies. x
• Pass by.

Yes! Maybe they were! x
• They weren’t very cheery words.
• Maybe. I don’t know.

1st obstacle
• Awareness (+5 Dream)

• Perception

• We do!
• Yes, as everyone who walks in here, I’d imagine.
Yes, about voodoo. x

Witches? I didn’t think there was any such thing. x
• Witches? For real?
• You mean women who call themselves witches.

2nd obstacle
• Poise (+5 Dream)

• Diplomacy

• What do you mean? She seemed genuinely afraid when we told her about something a beggar man told us.
I thought she might be. But she seemed genuinely afraid when I told her Old Sal’s words. x
• Of course she is! But I don’t know what could have set her off. Must be part of her show.

• If you’re suggesting the hotel hasn’t been cleaned in three thousand years…
I can see that. It’s a river city. Fairly warm, though nothing like what it’ll be in August. x
• How so?

I have no idea, but given what we’ve seen so far today, it can’t be good. x
• I’m not sure but it doesn’t seem to bode well.
• Pitchforks are never a good sign.

• Throw it out.
Hang on to it. x

• Not anymore.
No. And I’m not sure I like it. x
• Nope. Not one iota. Now things are getting interesting!

• Thank you for your service. I’m very sorry I was blunt. It’s just…
• I thank you for your service and apologize for my bluntness.
Thank you for your service. It’s just one of those days where nothing is always as it seems. x

• Research, of course. Like any good archaeologist, I need to do some research before we spy on these witches.
• My weapons are research and knowledge. I’d prefer to come to the cemetery with both.
Who knows what these witches are up to? We can’t go to the cemetery without having some idea what we’re up against. x

• Keep quiet and listen.
Let off some steam. x ( I found that this was a crucial choice because if you choose the other option, then you don’t get the below obstacle and you definitely lose on getting the maximum dream points for Ahmose.)

3rd obstacle
• Moxie (+5 Dream)

They don’t seem dangerous. Three women talking nonsense. I’m going to talk to them. Stay here. x
• Well, here goes nothing!
• They don’t seem like scary harpies from some Halloween story. They seem harmless. I’m going to try to reason with them.

4th obstacle
• Deception (+5 Dream)

• Fisticuffs

• The witches must have put something in that fire.
• They must have put something in that fire to make me woozy. Hmph. Not real magic after all.
More smoke and mirrors magic instead of the real thing. They put something in the fire to make me see things. x

I think it’s all right. It saved us from the witches, anyway. I wonder where it’s leading us. x
• Of course! This is all part of the adventure!
• No, but what choice do we have?

• Right. And the beggar, the musician, and the vendor: they each helped us and they each had one eye. (to Clyde) Who are they? Your sons?
Exactly! The beggar, the musician, and the soup vendor each had only one eye. Are they your sons? x
• Yes. The beggar, the musician, and the soup vendor each had only one eye. That’s how I connected them all but…how is that possible? Are they your sons?

5th obstacle
• Problem Solving (+5 Dream)

6th obstacle

• Deception.
Poise (+5 Dream)

• I don’t know. All these voodoo people have me confused. They all seem to have some genuinely psychic power to know you are…different…but then they used parlor tricks to scare us.
• I don’t know. I don’t think so. I think most of what we saw-like the powder they put in the fire to make me see shadows-was all an act.
I’m sure they did! After all, while there was some fake magic (like my own sleight-of-hand tricks), I think parts of what happened were real and parts not so real. x
New York (after New Orleans)
Again, these are the choices I made.

• Ahmose…
There’s something I’ve been meaning to ask you… x
• Why didn’t you tell me sooner?

Easter Holiday

• Don’t say that! We have a lead. We just have to bide our time. Meanwhile, we should try to enjoy this time and this holiday.
• Oh, you worry too much. Everything’s going to work out.
Absolutely not. I’m going to get that Ruby Eye if it’s the last thing I do. In the meanwhile, let’s just enjoy our time together and not talk about this. x

I don’t mean to intrude but perhaps we can help? x
• Hello, Steven.
• Well, well, well. Small world.

• I know. It’s why you agree to go on these silly adventures with me.
Wh-What are you saying? x

No, just someone who wants to help. What happened? x
• NURSEMAID?! Now I’m convinced! Did you steal those eggs?!
• I am an archaeologist. It’s my job to find historical artifacts…like those eggs. What happened?

Obstacle
• Negotiation
Hope (+5 Dream)

• Mr. Phillips, I know it’s hard, but you have to return these to Steven.
Maybe we could help. x
• All right, let’s get them back home. And, hey, maybe your wife can pull for you or something.

• Be direct.
• Panic.
Lean on him. x
Turkey

Again, these are the choices I made.

Adventure with Ahmose (in spirit) in Turkey

1st obstacle
• Stealth (+5 Dream)

• Grace

• What?! Mesud would never steal anything!
Hmmm. Something about him has always bugged me but I can’t put my finger on it. x
• Sounds like an adventure brewing!

• That’s very kind of him to say, but what do you want from me? And why are you accusing Mesud of thievery?
Well, I do work hard at my studies. But that’s not the point. Why are you accusing Mesud of thievery? x
• Stuff your pleasantries. Your accusations are pretty bold.

Agree x
• Refuse

• I doubt it.
It’s possible. But your accusations against Mesud had better be more than hot air. x
• All right already. Let’s get to the adventure!

• Professor Blake vouched for him.
He looks familiar to me somehow. x
• He’s been nothing but a perfect host to me.

I suppose. x
• I have to admit, I’m looking forward to this.
• Let’s just get on with it.

• Well, this is all very interesting, but you still haven’t told me why you brought me here or what it is you’re looking for.
• But what does this have to do with me? You haven’t told me what you’re looking for.
Interesting. But you haven’t said what it is you’re looking for. x

2nd obstacle
• Language (+5 Dream)

3rd obstacle

• Awareness
Deduction (+5 Dream)

• I don’t know. Maybe your so-called thief has Revolutionary War artifacts. A flag, maybe, with ‘Don’t Tread on Me’ under a picture of a snake?
• I have no idea.
Maybe that artifact is American. From the Revolutionary War, perhaps. x

• I’m not out to betray Mesud. I’m a guest at his house and he’s been nothing but gracious to me…
• I’m beginning to wonder about him myself. That’s hardly fair when he’s been nothing but gracious to me…
You’re right. That Lorelei is the scoundrel… x

4th obstacle
• Courage (+5 Dream)

• Moxie

• I don’t. I mean, I’ve only met her since coming to Turkey.
If you must know, I just met her recently. x
• I just met her, I swear!

• That won’t be necessary.
• Maybe I should hide out in a hotel or something.
I can take care of myself. x

It’s likely. He’s probably been moving his most valuable treasures out of the chamber in Pergamon and storing them here…where they blend in. (she examines a doll) x
• I hope not. He seems like such a nice man, but I admit: I don’t know much about him.
• Maybe. This house is as good as any to store stolen goods. And there’s something about him that seems so familiar.

5th obstacle
• Deduction (+5 Dream)

• Perception

• Keep going and get him back later.
Go get him back. x

6th obstacle

• Escape Artistry
Problem Solving (+5 Dream)

7th obstacle

• Courage
Resolve (+5 Dream)

8th obstacle

• Self knowledge (+5 Dream)

• Give it to me.
Give it back. That is one piece of property you’re not going to steal. x
• For better or worse, that scarab belongs to me.

(Bluffing) No. Only one. The carpet that we are standing on. So I guess I’m not a very good sleuth after all.
• Of course I did.
Yes, though why you think trampling all over this priceless carpet is a good idea, is beyond me. x

• Ahmose…thank you. Again.
Ahmose…you saved my life. I cannot thank you enough. x
• You saved my life…and you’re a thousand miles away! You’re a miracle worker!

Thank you, Fraulein Krause, but I don’t think so. I am happy to have helped. (They shake hands) x
• No, thanks. You did send me to the lion’s den, after all.
• No, thank you. I really just want to find a place somewhere where I can take a nap.

Save Ahmose (The Main Adventure)

• I believe you dropped your wallet. x

• This yours?
• I think someone dropped a wallet!

• I hope you’re ready for another year of fun and excitement, Ahmose, because you won’t believe what I have with me!
You’re never going to believe what I have in front of me. x
• You have to admit, archaeologists find their artifacts. Do you believe I’ve got the darn thing?
Conclusion and Tips
Following these steps, I was able to obtain 100 “dream of Ahmose” points and thus achieve his best ending. It’s well worth it to see. I found that during my playthrough, some choices are crucial to getting certain obstacles. You need to pass all of the obstacles to get the best ending. Now although I did state the choices I made, I didn’t state the point values needed to pass the obstacles so this walkthrough isn’t a complete spoiler in that sense. (After all, you need to have some challenge to make things interesting, right? In all seriousness, though, another reason I didn’t include the point values is that it differs depending on the difficulty level you choose to have.) However, if you do raise your stats well and obtain good inspirations, it is possible to pass all of the obstacles presented and get the best ending.

As this is my first walkthrough ever, I hope that I have made it as complete as possible but if I’ve missed anything crucial, please comment below and I’ll make the necessary changes. I hope that this will help everyone who has been wanting to complete the Ahmose romance path. ^^

Thanks for all the comments and compliments, everyone. They really motivate me to continue making more walkthroughs for this game. As I commented in the Felix walkthrough, I'm currently working on another one. Hopefully, I can get it published sometime this week (or next week, at the latest). ^^

Thanks for making this walkthrough! Now I have a general ieda on an efficient way to get the other best endings :D
Though I guess getting the perfect family ending will take a lot of time and planning I'm going to try it last after getting all the romance endings.

For anyone interested, I just published a walkthrough for Felix's best ending. Hopefully, it'll show up in the guides section publicly soon but yeah, it should be there for anyone having difficulty getting it. XD

Yay, a guide! I'll try it later this week. <3 This game is more difficult than I predicted (started yesterday). I just wish I had the steps for the first part, too.
