So This Is The Method I Followed So It's More Of A Theory At This Point Until I Get More Feedback On This Fix And This Is Windows Only Since This Is PC Master Race, Not Dirty Apple Users. You Also Want To Make Sure That You Have Verified Your Account Before You Try This Fix Because That Might Be Your Problem.

All You Need To Do Is Delete Your Firewall By Opening Your Window Start Button And Typing In Control Panel And Finding The Option That's Under Window's Firewalls. Make Sure You Give Yourself Admin Rights First If You Are Doing This On A Shared Device.

You Now Want To Delete Your Firewall Which Will Make Your PC Vunable But You Will Need To Add A New Firewall Which, If My Theory Is Correct, Should Register Everything Up To That Point As Safe Including The Game. You Will Need To Keep Putting In The Pin Each Time You Start The Game But It Should Work And This Fix Seems To Also Work On The Other Bugs Like The Black-Screen Bug And The Server Issues Since I Haven't Experienced Them After Getting The Game To Work And Also Seems To Reduce The Lag Speed So It's A Little Bit Faster And This Was Before The Patch.
