If you want to disable bloom, blur and depth of field go to the folder of this game and then into Engine and then Config. Open the file BaseSystemSettings.ini, look for the following lines

MotionBlur=True
MotionBlurPause=True
DepthOfField=True
Bloom=True

and change True to False and save.

Looks much better in my opinion, the whole atmosphere changes to softer colours and looks sharper. No more intensive depth of field.
I did not try to play around with the other settings, maybe there is some more potential.
