UPDATE 2022: Thank you guys so much for getting this guide over 600 over 1800 unique views, over 80 favourites, and an official rating! This will be the final update just to acknowledge how well the guide has done in the past 6 years. I hope future owners of TLoK will enjoy this guide! I don't remember much from this game at this point, but I will still answer any new comments that are posted. Feel free to necro this guide, and thank you once again!

Welcome to my guide! First, I'd like to tell you that this guide will obviously have spoilers. If you are here looking at this guide, I assume that you are here on your own free will. I hope your aunt didn't introduce you to this guide, seeing as you're breaking every single one of her fine China because of this game. Not to mention that it is extremely long. You might as well turn off the game, go outside, go to your local coffee shop, bring your $2000 gaming laptop there, realise you're about to try it again, don't try it again, donate your laptop to the homeless man outside your coffee shop, and all is well.
I'll tell you right now, this game isn't exactly the sunshine and rainbows you saw during Season 4 of the show. If anything, it's more like the sunshine and rainbows Pyro sees when he's brutally bashing the skulls of his enemies. There are some really stupid portions of this game that should have never been a good idea for a kids' game, so here I am hand-holding you. If you aren't prepared to get assaulted in ways that would make your mother concerned for your mental and physical health, this is your one and only warning. Turn back now.

If not, then come with me, and welcome to The Legend of Korra.
The Very Basics - Controls.
See, what I don't understand about this game is how it doesn't display your controls. Nor can you change your binds, but hey most games don't have that either. I guess that's too much to ask for. Whatever. Even if you try to Google the controls like I did in the middle of the final boss because I didn't have a controller and decided to beat the final boss during a 4 hour break I had between my Monday classes, I highly doubt you'll find anything just like me. So of course, I had to resort to what most people do when they don't know the controls: Press random buttons and figure out what does what that way you don't have to.

Pre-game knowledge, prep, and secret codes.
Before you get started, I'd like to bestow upon you some of the most useful things to know about this game. Let's start with Secret codes.

Talismans - Unlock this by first going to Iroh's shop
Shadow Fist

Right, Right, Left, Left, X for the 360 controller. Corresponding controls should also work, and I believe it's D, D, A, A, Left Click. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks to ArcticJack for correcting my PC outputs. It's actually 2, 2, 4, 4, Left Click
Costumes - Doesn't change the game, but nice to have. Unlock these by first going into Korra's Room
Avatar Spirit Costume

Up, Up, Down, Down, X or 1, 1, 3, 3, Left Click.
Chi Blocker Costume

Up, Down, Up, Y, X, Y or 1, 3, 1, Right Click, Left Click, Right Click

Alright, now that you have those, let's get on with stuff that will help you.
1. Max out your bending ASAP. You do not want this to pile on you. Max it out when you can, as soon as you can.
2. Get these four talismans ASAP, and I'll explain why.

You already know about Shadow fist as I've shown above how to unlock it. How it works is it deals extra damage by making your shots hit multiple times. That means, like I said, more damage and faster combo builds.

Next, you have Full Charge. You absolutely need this for Extreme, and after maxxing out your bending. Rather than holding down your attacks for higher damage, this will automatically keep it max, so you'll never need to hold down your attacks. Sure you can do it, but it won't do anything different with this on. Don't worry about your health being halved. There are lots of opportunities to gain health by defeating enemies, and if worse comes to worst, you'll have to use a Healer's water. Trust me, you'll be fine.

The third talisman is Speed Up, which given by the name, speeds up your attacks. This is crucial for doing quick bursts of damage, and slipping away from potential harm. It also makes your firebending much cooler.

Last but certainly not least is Charge Armor. This is also detrimental for your success in Extreme mode. Thanks to your Full Charge talisman, this will always be active. As the picture explains, you will no longer be knocked back by attacks or stunned. You will still get affected by grabs (such as the ones the blue chi blockers do), and you will not be invulnerable. You will still take damage, so keep that in mind.
You might be thinking, where's the Healer's water or Katara's Oasis Water? Well, you'll still use them, but only at utmost emergence. Mostly the Healer's water to quickly get you back into the fight. Press ENTER mid combat to go to Korra's room. There you can quickly swap a Healer's water, Use it, and swap it back for your main talismans. If all goes well, you will never need to use Katara's Oasis Water.
3. Buy the scrolls and books as soon as you can. I agree that some of them aren't really useful, but for movement purposes I find myself using Fire Dash and Air Scooter all the time. I use Fire Dash for a long range dodge, where AoE's won't hit, and I use Air Scooter for quick map traversal and movements. Other than those, most of the combat scrolls and books are quite useful, but are underminded due to them not feeling natural to the combos.

Now that we got those down, let's learn about some really handy pro-tips.
  • Learn your elements. Water is ranged, Earth hits hard, Fire is quick, and Air is all-round AoE. It's pretty fun to be able to use all four elements and do whatever combo you'd like.
  • Waterbend enemies that are far away from you to quickly take them out rather than go to them. Most of the time it's pretty obvious when to use it.
  • Firebending often snaps on to targets, essentially dashing you to a target in close proximity. Pretty great to use after Airbending to clean up the rest of the mobs.
  • Earthbending can do massive amounts of damage, especially to Mecha Tanks and Giant spirits. Great to use against enemies with lots of health.
  • Even though I said to use all elements, you're probably going to use Airbending all the time as soon as you get it. It's pretty overpowered. You'll probably going to end up using your AoE tornado attack just like me, but try to avoid spamming it as much as you can. If you are using it as a spam, it's only to wipe out low defence enemies. The higher health enemies could use a little earth or fire damage.

One last thing before we start. If you're playing with a keyboard, stop right now, and make sure you have stickykeys disabled permanently. I mean permanently. The worst possible thing you'll face is mashing shift to dodge, suddenly your computer makes a loud beep, and it's the damn stickykeys popup. Here's how to get rid of it.
On Windows 7:
Open Control Panel

Click on Ease of Access

Click on "Change how your keyboard works"

Uncheck "Turn on Sticky Keys" if it isn't already off (Feel free to fiddle with settings on this page)

Click Set up Sticky Keys

Uncheck everything and hit apply

On Windows 10:
Search for Control Panel

Click on Ease of Access

And the rest is the same as Windows 7
No more damn sticky keys.

Let's finally get into the game.

Your First Runthrough.
I'll admit, I had trouble on my first runthrough. You're brand new to the game, fresh with ideas and excitement for the game. It's gonna go pretty good for the first couple hours or so. Then, you'll hit a wall. You'll realise it's not the kind of game to be taken so lightly. It's not like the game for The Last Airbender where they basically gave you the easiest 1000 gamerscore you've ever earned on your Xbox 360. Nothing like that. Before we start, I'd like to mention that everyone will have different experiences. This part in the guide is not entirely necessary, but nice to know for new players. Some parts for them may be super easy, while others may be near impossible. For veteran players looking for tips on strictly Extreme difficulty, read through these parts first. They provide useful information and tactics that are identical to use in Extreme difficulty. I will provide my normal runthrough of this game on PS4. This is of course, long after I had beaten Extreme mode on PC, but I decided to add a visual walkthrough so others who are having trouble following the guide will have a much easier experience seeing exactly what my strategies are.
The Three Triad Benders.
You'll encounter these guys multiple times throughout the story mode. As you go on, obviously they'll become easier. The first time you'll encounter them is at Air Temple Island.

Here's the question you might face. How do I beat these guys with just waterbending? This may take some time, because your waterbending level is very low at this point in the game. Take your damn time. Don't get frustrated. Everything in this game is easy when you take your time.
First thing you'll want to do is take out the waterbender.

He's the only one who can hit you from range, so take him out first. When I say that though, prioritize him, but don't focus on him. Switch targets every once in a while, or whoever you deem is vulnerable at the moment. Don't bother attacking someone who's going to keep blocking. The earthbender is pretty easy to dodge, you'll see him charge up his attacks before he'll come at you and he's generally slow. Opposite comes to the firebender. He's fast, but you can easily block him. Get used to using block and dodge as often as you attack. You'll need it.

Pro tip: Don't be afraid to go up and personal! Most of the time you do, you'll activate a special quicktime scene where you can do some serious damage.

Pro tip: Do not spam attacks. Often when you spam, you aren't focused. Rather than spamming, pay close attention to who's about to attack you and memorize their attack patterns. You'll find it much easier to dodge their attacks when you're not spamming. Then again, this applies to the rest of the game.
The Mecha Tank.
You'll first encounter one of these guys in Republic City, on your journey to getting your Earthbending back.

It's fairly simple to beat the Mecha Tank, but you'll have to be patient. Seeing as all you have is waterbending, you'll barely do any damage until you get your earthbending. You'll need to do some damage before you can start getting your Earthbending task. When you do, focus on the task at hand, you need to counter a certain amount of times to get your earthbending. Every difficulty varies, so it's not a consistent amount. Less for easier, more for harder.
As far as I know, the only move you can counter is the rope launcher attack.

EDIT: You can also counter melee attacks, which are far easy to counter as they are slower, and happen more often.
EDIT: You can counter anything that's not electric. Electric ground spikes and grapples are the only attacks that you are unable to attack. This should help complete the Earthbending requirement much easier. Thanks to BurningRome for telling me about this!

When it comes to attacks, the Tank has some attacks you'll need to know.
Charging at you:

Ground Spike:

Melees when you get too close:

and Electric Grapples:

Once you counter a certain amount of times and get your Earthbending back, it's all easy from there.

Pro tip: Keep your distance. The Mecha Tank will not shoot at you unless you are a certain distance away. Ground Spikes and Charge attacks are a good indication that you are at the right distance.

Pro tip: Stay calm and take your time. Press counter right when you see the rope being launched at you, and not when it hits you. This time should be the right time to press counter. Don't forget to stand still or it will miss you.
Naga and the Three Mecha Tanks.
We all know the running gag about this mini-game with Naga; it's basically a rip off version of Temple Run. This time is a bit different, it's not like navigating through obstacles like in the previous iterations. You'll be attacked by three mecha tanks for an infinite amount of time until you pass or die. This part was super frustrating for me as well during my first time playing, but like I said before and I'll say it again. Take it easy, don't rush. You'll complete it just fine.
The only three elements you will have against these are Water, Earth, and Fire. For this part, I rarely ever use Earth. Even in Extreme mode. You may use it in case of an emergency like dodging full length blockades, but that's about it.

There's not much I can say about what to do here except practice, but I can give a few pointers.
- Always, Always have a water shield. You'll never know when you'll accidentally screw up, and that's easily one damage. In extreme mode, You'll fail if you get hit once. Having a water shield should be the very first thing you do.

- Start studying their attacks. The mecha tanks have pretty basic attacks to memorise. Study them well and I guarantee once you recognise them, you'll be able to complete this blindfolded on Extreme.
First, lets start with the basic swings.
This spin attack preps by winding their right arm up far back, then going full force. Slide under this.

Next is a right side attack, switch all the way left to dodge.

Same goes with the opposite side, switch all the way right to dodge.

Okay, here are the ranged attacks.
Rope launcher (Multiple times). Swerve left/right to dodge.

Electric Grapple. Swerve left/right to dodge.

Charge Attack. Swerve left/right to dodge. Easy Right?

Finally, we have the obstacles.
I will show what actions they make to create which obstacle. You choose however way you want to dodge.
This action indicates that an obstacle will be created on the furthest left.

This action indicates that an obstacle will be created in the middle.

This action indicates that an obstacle will be created on the furthest right.

This action indicates that an obstacle will be full length. Jump to avoid.

Those are all the attacks. Study them well.
As for you, your only attacks are Fireballs and Naga's swipes.
Do not spam them. They will often blind you for oncoming attacks. Spamming also impairs your reflexes and tells your brain to not fully pay attention. I've said it many times, take it slow. You'll get it done.

Pro tip: Use Naga's swipes when you run out of fireballs. They'll deal extra damage for the short period your firebending is on cooldown.

Pro tip: Don't always rely on firebending to destroy obstacles. Instead, pay attention to the obstacles in front of you. It'll keep you focused, while avoiding spam as well. You also can't see some of the obstacles that come your way when firebending, so going into cooldown at that time may cost you hefty damage, or even a restart.
Two Giant Spirit Monsters.
These guys are fairly simple to beat. I'm sure that you proabably found the first giant spirit monster a challenge, and now there's two of them. Here are ways where you can do loads of damage.

- Counter Attack
It's super useful to know when to counter attack these guys. They'll come at you with massive swings and you'll probably panic from all the chaos, but stay calm and read their moves. These guys are pretty easy if you counter just at the right time. You can counter almost any attack they do, so there's really no need to study their moves.

- Earthbending
It does an insane amount of damage to these guys. Not to mention if you have it maxxed. Earthbending is unblockable by all enemies, and also stuns. Use earthbending if you're struggling with this fight.

- Level 3 Airbending
By that, I mean fully charged, and lots of tornadoes. Lots.
This AoE can damage both of the giant spirit monsters at the same time, so if you're in a good spot, this will do the trick most of the time.

- Combine all 3 above
Only the Avatar can master all four elements, and bring balance to the world.
That being said, learn your elements, use them all, you'll be OP.
Bunny Spirits. (Pro Bending)
This is by far the most rage inducing part of the entire game. Even in Extreme, this is really the only place you'll have trouble in. These guys are extremely, extremely hard to beat without some practice in pro bending. Before I show you how to defeat them, you must have at least maxxed out your waterbending beforehand to make this much easier. You will take less damage from water, and deal more yourself. Same goes for earth and fire. Without further ado, here's how to defeat them:

- The Absolute Golden Rule: Do not spam
Not spamming in pro bending is so crucial, that controlling your shots will make this easier than beating a normal enemy. Spamming will not only make you vulnerable to shots due to your inability to block, but will also distract you from incoming projectiles. Do. Not. Spam.

- Prioritize the waterbender
You'll want to prioritize him for one only reason, his attacks are basically camouflaged with the ground once you get to their area on blue side. It's ridiculously hard to see, especially when you try to see all the incoming projectiles with just peripheral vision. It's easy to pick out fireballs and stone disks because they stand out. However, just like the three triads, don't focus on him. This leads us to the next point:

- Switch targets
9 times out of 10 your target will block continuously. The moment your target starts blocking, immediately switch targets. Don't waste your time on someone who will block all the time.

- Attack those who attack first
Just as it says, go for the ones that are launching projectiles at you. You're guaranteed to hit them when they're mid attack.

- Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee
Remember the 5 D's in dodgeball. Dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge. All the time. If you're not dodging, you're countering. If you're not countering, you're dodging. You should never be moving around freely without dodging. If you're not doing this, you're gonna have a bad time.

- Create domino effects
When you are able to, knock back an opponent who is in front of another opponent. This will cascade the furthest back opponent instantly. This is super helpful to eliminate opponents in the next area.

- Crush them with one swift stroke
Be mindful of the time. You only have three minutes. The moment you get sent back to your territory, restart. You do not have the time to recover.
Final Boss - Hundun.
What seemed to be an impossible task, to becoming one of the easiest final bosses since Lucien in Fable II, Hundun is a walk in the park when you've made your body into a temple, and are ready for whatever the world inserts your cack into. If you find him hard, don't worry, so did I. Until the Fire Nation attacked.
No seriously, use firebending.

Stage 1 - Random Mobs
Just clear these lightweights out. It's a warm up.

Stage 2 - Fight Begins
Alright, so you begin fighting. The only move you have to be mindful for is his charge attack. This is your Ace in the hole. All his other attacks are easily dodgeable. For this attack, he will send a straight line of lightning towards you and charge at you. Be careful though, if he lands this attack on you, it does some serious damage. Just simply counter him right before he attacks, so about a second before he hits you. When you land the counter, just spam Left Click/X for more damage.
Rinse and repeat until he loses his first bar of health.
Before he activates his next stage, you'll get a couple of mobs and some spirit draining holes. Clear them out like you've done before. No big deal.

Stage 3 - Floating rocks
By now, you should know: Waterbending = range. You need to use waterbending whenever he goes up to those rocks. First, you have to find the right one. Simply run around and shoot at the different Hunduns with waterbending. A good hint for the right one is he won't disappear after one hit, and his health bar is different from the others. Once you find the right one, he'll do numerous attacks such as chain lightning, stream of snake spirits, and haul boulders at you. You need to counter those boulders in order to damage him.

Stage 4 - Floating rocks + ground fight
This stage will continue to go on until he reaches halfway to his last health bar.
The only thing different in this stage is two new mechanics, where attacking him can cause him to encase himself in an elemental barrier. Break the barrier with the corresponding element.
Blue - Water
Red - Fire
Green - Earth
White - Air

His other new mechanic is faking his charge attack. As shown above where you can counter that attack, he can also randomly jump right in front of you and do a massive ground attack. Dodge away to not get damaged as soon as you see him jump.

Pro tip: Use Avatar State!
Activate this when the small circular icon between your elements is full and glowing.
It's there for a reason and can help you deal loads of damage with little work. Simply press Q+E/LB+RB to activate it, and for once, spam attacks.
In avatar state, you will hurl all four elements with your Light attacks. Your heavy attack is a Charged Elemental explosion. It easily wipes out chunks of his bar.

Stage 5 - The End
After reaching half of his final health bar, you will activate a cutscene that will turn you into avatar state. Just spam him with attacks and you're basically done. This is the only time I'll ever allow spam.

Post Runthrough - Prep for Extreme mode.
Congratulations! You beat Story mode. For that, you get the Book 1 Korra costume.

Now you're probably either thinking of putting down the game once and for all, or you can go and challenge yourself for Extreme mode.
Before you dive right in, make sure you buy everything obtainable in the shop, and max out all four elements. Trust me, you can grind out Spirit Energy no problem, especially now that you know what's up. Equip the four talismans I stated way above in the prep, and then you'll truly be ready for Extreme mode.

Extreme Runthrough.
Okay, so you decided to go through and challenge yourself by completing Extreme. When I first fought Hundun and was on the verge of ripping out all of my hair follicles individually, I thought that Extreme mode was going to be clearly out of the question. After beating Hundun with my keyboard (even though I was heavily reliant on my controller on my first runthrough), I decided to give Extreme mode a shot. By my surprise, it wasn't that bad. You use the exact same tactics before, except now it's basically new game plus where you still have all your combos, items, and elements.

First, I'd like to say a disclaimer though. I will not be putting images for this segment, as I have already explained in full detail the strategies I used to get past the most difficult parts before. Again, the same applies to Extreme mode. The only difference is the enemies will appear in larger numbers, thougher, faster and much more unforgiving. It still does not change the tactics you use.
I will only mention the biggest changes in Extreme mode.

Naga Run
- Naga now only has one HP. That means one hit = instant restart.
- You now have Airbending, which gives you a speed boost and allows naga to glide high up in the air to avoid obstacles.

Chapter 3 - Air Temple Island
- There is now a mecha tank on the bridge. However it is easy to destroy.

- The triads are much easier to eliminate with maxxed out bending

Chapter 5 - The South Pole

- Naga vs Three Mecha Tanks is much harder due to the one hit limit.
- Mecha Tanks are much faster with attacks, fire more projectiles, and summon obstacles longer
Pro tip: Use Airbending when entering cooldown for Firebending. One glide will buy enough time for Firebending to come back ONLY use airbending at utmost emergencies. One careless jump with airbending can be extremely hard to recover from and can easily cause you to restart. Simply read the attacks of the mech tanks for obstacles rather than avoiding them altogether.
Pro tip: Tap the jump button rather than holding it. Comes especially handy for the obstacles.

Chapter 6 - The Spirit World
- Chi blockers now spawn with spirits

Chapter 7 - The Tree of Time
- Bunnies (Pro bending) are much harder to push back
- Bunnies are faster launching attacks, counter much more often, and dodge more often
Pro tip: Practice, practice, practice. Don't get angry because you keep losing, or running out of time. Use this as knowledge to train yourself to master Pro Bending. Remember, if you can beat this, you can beat Ace difficulty in Pro Bending no problem.

Chapter 8 - The Edge of Chaos
- Hundun can take much more damage
Pro tip: Use Air scooter to navigate the area fast, or Fire Dash for a long and quick get away.

I'm moving my extreme walkthrough to this section, appropriately named just like my video walkthrough above for normal. Extreme mode took about two hours for me to get through, not to mention getting gold on each level (completely unintentional). Some of you may take a couple days, some even weeks. Don't worry. I didn't get this far without practice.

I say a lot in the video to spam attacks mockingly by the way.
Post Extreme Runthrough - "What do I do now?"
Well if you made it this far and managed to complete Extreme mode, congratulations to you once again. For completing the game on Extreme, you unlock Korra's jacket costume.

There's not much else left for you to do in this game, but you've come this far so why not complete the journey? You still have Pro Bending left to complete, along with the achievements.
For the achievements, I won't bother to make a guide for that since there already is one that is much better than I can create. Please give Charles the support and visit his excellent achievement guide.
I don't even know the guy, but he sure saved me a couple more hours of work on this guide.
Pro Bending.
If you completed the Bunnies on Extreme, Pro Bending is a cakewalk. Same principles apply from them go to here, except it is much, much easier. Bolin and Mako are actually here to help you, so you're not burdened by being targeted by all 3 enemy team members all at once. I highly and strongly advise you to complete Chapter 7 on Extreme before attempting to complete the Pro Bending series.
Again, remember to max out your bending, or else it will be much, much harder.

Scratch that, I decided that Pro Bending needed its own guide part rather than me "lazying" it out and telling you to refer to the Bunnies part. Even though I'm not wrong by doing that, I still think that expanding strictly on Pro Bending will be very beneficial to a lot of people that struggle with it. First, like it says above in the strikeout, you should have your bending maxxed out by now. Extremely recommended.

Rules of Pro Bending: If you don't know it by now, this picture explains how to play.

Your First Match
Should be the very second thing you do in story mode. Nonetheless, you may have gone straight to Pro Bending. Disclaimer, you shouldn't have Ace difficulty yet, but I like a little bit of a challenge, so all screenshots will be taken in Ace difficulty.

For all entertainment purposes, Let's introduce the acronym "D.C.S.", where D is dodge, C is counter, and S is shoot. This acronym also indicates the way you should be playing.

Dodging
There's three ways you can execute dodges. There's one you could be doing, one that you should be doing, and one you better be doing.
The first dodge movement is dodging for no reason/move around. Sure you could be doing this, but you don't need to. If you're dodging needlessly without projectiles coming at you, you're leaving yourself open to attacks. If nobody is attacking you, you should be attacking others.

The second dodge movement they instruct you to do, which is to move away from a projectile right away. Do not do this. Yes, dodging projectiles is the whole idea so you don't get hit by them. Yes, that's what you should be doing. I'm here to tell you no, you shouldn't be. When you simply dodge attacks, you're not doing anyting to repel the enemies away from you. Also, dodging projectiles right away also leads to spamming dodge. You should know by now that you should never be spamming in this game.

The third dodge move that you better be doing is to dodge only in emergencies. Not only do you guarantee projectiles going away from you, it also leaves you a wide open window of opportunities. When I say emergencies, I mean all else fails. When projectiles come at you, you should be countering rather than dodging. Of course, you can handle one, maybe two that come your way. What I mean is when the enemies spam attacks at you, and you literally have no other option other than to dodge.

If you really can't dodge differently, then go ahead and dodge as you see fit. Just whatever you do, don't dodge 4 times in a row. This leads to you doing a high jump dodge, and you're unable to move for about a second. That second of immobilization can cost you quite some damage, since Ace difficulty is very unforgiving. They will not wait for you to move like story mode does.
You can avoid this 4-dodge count by simply attacking. Just keep count how many times you dodge in your head to avoid doing this.

Oh yeah, one last thing, don't dodge forward or backward. The simple reason is because projectiles are coming at you in the same linear direction. Dodging forward propels you towards projectiles and dodging backwards only delays the inevitable hit you're about to get. Always dodge side to side.

Countering
I know some people just can't seem to get the timing down for countering, or countering at the wrong time, or countering wrong.
As for timing goes, you should be pressing counter about a quarter second before the projectile is supposed to hit you. Not directly in front of your face, just a bit before. This picture below shows when you should be pressing counter. The green circle shows a perfect time to be pressing counter, whereas the red indicates too early or too late. Closer to the green circle means a higher chance of execution, and closer to the red is the opposite. The arrow indicates where your counter becomes a block. Anywhere in the orange area will execute a block, so don't do it too early.

You must also read beforehand of the projectiles around you when executing a counter.
- If you have incoming projectiles after your counter, you should immediately dodge as soon as you exit the counter animation.
- Else, do nothing and quickly examine your environment after the counter. Watch your projectile as well, because enemies can counter your counters.

Countering A Counter
It's the same principle when countering a counter, except you have to keep in mind that the more that that projectile gets countered, the more damage it will do. Whatever you do, don't lose against these as they can immediately send you flying after 3 or so re-counters.

Shooting
Shooting is fairly simple to master in Pro Bending. There are very few tricks that you have to know to master this skill. First, Always attack an attacker. If an enemy is spamming attacks at you or Bolin or Mako, attack that person. When you shoot at an enemy who is attacking, you are almost guaranteed a hit, other than the small chance that they will dodge in time.

Another shooting trick you should know is to switch targets immediately if your target is blocking. Shooting someone who's blocking doesn't do anything and you'll end up wasting your time. The more you attack them, the more they'll continue to block. Simply move on to the next target if they continue to block.

Just keep your cool, stay focused on projectiles, and you can easily win each match platinum. Even on Ace difficulty.

On a final note, here is my walkthrough on Pro Bending. I didn't get Platinum on every level like I did on PC since I just wanted to get it over with. Barely a win is still a win, right?
Thanks for reading!
Well, I can only hope that after so many hours being put into completing this guide, that it was actually helpful to some people, and I wasn't just sitting here typing ike a madman, playing this game and taking screenshots every couple of minutes, and all-in-all fisting myself while doing all this. I made this guide so that I can save the lives of many who play this game from the physical, mental, spiritual, and mildly sexual anguish that I got from this game. The breaking point level of rage that made me feel so inclined to write a beautifully written, eloquently worded masterpiece of a review for this game. It was initially a bad review for it, but now as the reincarnation Jesus Christ playing this, I can complete it headstrong and rest easy at night.

Thank you for reading my guide, please do not hesistate to correct me if I made any mistakes, and feel free to ask for help on any other part I may have missed. This guide is constantly evolving to something greater, and I hope to have created the greatest guide to The Legend of Korra in the history of all mankind.

Also, please give it a thumbs up if you liked this guide, thumbs down if you think it sucked, or just comment about it and I'll do my best to reply.

K 2, thank you so much! I was ready to give up on Naga and the Three Mecha Tanks until I tried your approach. I managed to take my time and beat them on the second try. Brilliant guide!

Congrats on finishing Extreme! It's been 3 years since I posted this guide and I'm glad I'm still able to help people picking this game up.

Well' it's done. Extreme is completed. The Pole level with the 3 mechas was positively infuriating. Took me an hour to get past. The fight with the spirit bunnies was super easy, though. Won in the first try. Thing is, I did not have to win the first round. All I needed to do was not get knocked out. then I got sent to round two where I had to fight them. You were right about airbending being OP. You can defeat the two giant spirits just by spamming it. I found that using the healing comb instead of the red talisman also made the game much easier.

I see :)) Well' I'm still on lvl 3 Extreme, so I guess we'll see if my experience is the same.

Simple, the first time fighting Hundun and almost beating him but only to get absolutely demolished is just like getting blueballed.

Thanks a lot for the guide! I forgot to max out my bending, and I'm always unsure about which items to use in any/all games.

Question, how did this game cause you sexual anguish? :))
