Rover MKII

My Rover MKII, outfitted for planets with breathable atmosphere with vents drawing in oxygen for the two cockpits. A mirrored layout ensures ease of use and avoids nasty U-turns in tight spaces.
While the Rover MKI was intended more as a base runner, the Rover MKII is outfitted for exploration and fast off-road driving. Fewer wheels, but larger size means it handles rough terrain better.
The ride height is adjustable from the 2nd shortcut bar, so the center of gravity can be adjusted.

The Rover also as two remote controls set up, one in either direction. Using Sektan's new Whisper thrusters, together with two pistons, the Rover has just enough lifting power to right itself after a tumble. Handles well at all speeds, but as all vehicles, doesn't handle tight high-speed turns very stable, so the self-righting system comes in handy. In case you do 'take off', engage the gyros and thrusters and you'll be able to re-orient yourself and make a soft landing.

Equipped with a medium cargo hold, plus 4 small ones, the Rover excels at excursions into the wild. Some uranium for some small emergency generators, as well as some personal tools & weapons are included, free of charge. But the battery pack offers a good autonomy all by itself.
