Crew Chief is an all team player..Person that grants damage reduction and when in pressure the damage reduction is doubled, and the stamina good for people who plays with armor and gain additional health and armor..and when having an hostage grants overtime health regen to everyone and more damage reduction.

Muscle is a tough guy that needs to have at least Wearing a ballistic armor or better yet and ICTV (Improved Combined Ballistic Armor)...it grants Health Regen overtime when the perk deck is maxed up..it increase your amount of health..be wary you will be most likely be target all the time if you use this..that is why it is recommended to use armor..if you don't like to be using ballistic vest... use the light weight version of the Armor.

Armorer is Basically a perk deck that increases armor and armor regen time for you and your team when the deck maxed out... and when your armor gets depleted you can have 2 secs of immunity to health dmg it is essential to have this if you are going on a full ICTV build or Being like a dozer having an ICTV on.

Rogue is A Perk deck that commonly used for Dodgers out there it basically increases your dodge and if the perk deck maxed out your weapons can pierce through enemy armor like the tan guys (Armored ones)...increases your Weapon Swapping by 80% which is fast especially getting out on a sticky situation...and such recommend to use this on a suit or light weight ballistic vest because suit gives a nice dodge...while having light weight can minus the dodge a bit but it grants armor to you.

Hitman perk is a really controversial perk from the Past when John wick came into the scene of Payday 2...anyways Hitman perk is essentialy using dual wielding weaps or akimbos if the perk deck is maxed out...you have high armor recovery rate and armor regen no matter what situation you're in..the armor will regen after 5 seconds being broken..

The Crook is a perk deck similiar to Rouge yet, instead of Dodging with suits the crook perk decks dodges with the ballistic vests and other than adds dodge for Balistic vests it also adds armor for ballistics vests by 65%.

This build is similiar to Rouge and Crook yet the Burglar build is a thing where when you stick with teammates you are likely to be less targeted and also adds 5% damage to weapons

The Infiltrator perk is a perk deck for Dragan and its solely focuses on Medium Combat, as you recieve less damage when on medium range from enemies and also gains health for hitting enemies with melee for example the life drain skill grants 20% of your health once you strike/damage an enemy with your melee and you also gain less damage and More damage once your surrounded by 3 or more enemies

The Infiltrator perk goes best with

The Sociopath is a perkdeck for Jacket, its similiar to infiltrator yet the Sociopath perkdecks recieve less damage when you get close at the enemy and whenever you get a melee kill you gain health, and killing an enemy on medium range regenrates 30 armor and you upon killing an enemy theres a chance for the enemies to run away from fear.

The Gambler perk deck is Bonnie's perk deck is errr "sharing is caring" for example your using the perk deck and you healed yourself with the doc bag you'll get the 100% of your health back and 35% for your teammates same goes with the ammo but no one really uses this perk deck sadly but theres alot of potential with this perk deck in-terms of support

The grinder perk deck is a perk deck for deadpool sokol this perk deck regenerates health upon damaging enemies or killing enemies, but other than regenerating health it also offers small dodge for two piece suit i can say it by far one of my favorites perk deck, and one of the best perk decks

This perk deck is for Jiro, the Yakuza perk deck is like the perk deck for Berserker yet instead of dealing more damage the yakuza perk deck gives more armor recovery rate by 25% upon reaching 20% health but it negates regeneration effects such as Gambler perkdeck skill and the lower your health the faster your movement speed is and killing an enemy speeds up the armor recovery.

The Ex-President is a perk deck for Bodhi, the ex-president is one of those interesting perk decks upon killing an enemy you gain health but it does not heal you instead it stores itself to the "President Gauge" and how do you heal you ask?, upon losing your armor, when the Gauge detects you lost health it will automaticaly heal you while your armor regenerates back

The Maniac Perk Deck is a perk deck for Jimmy Neutron the Maniac perk deck is similiar to the Ex-President perk deck but rather it stores health it stores Damage Reduction that can be shared with teammates the hysteria effect will stay as long as you keep on killing, but after 40 seconds without any kills the Hysteria decays losing all the damage reductions.
