This is not an indept or step by step guide on how to get the achievement "Silver Flute" but some general tips about getting it aswell as my own attempt on getting it.

You can just look at the info/summary section to get an quick idea of how to do it

IMPORTANT! dont recruit/hire more than 3 girls this will make it so you dont get the achievement.

When trying to get the achievement it only took me one try and probably only will take the most one try if you are familiar with the games basic mechanics and knows how to play. If you arent that familiar on the games mechanics and havent got diamond yet I would recommend looking up some other guides on how to get Diamond Trophy and general tips about the game. And if you were new to the game maybe try to start with some standard gameplays and go for that diamond.

As said I got it on my first attempt and ended up on getting 419.118 fans (almost 420!). The girls I used were.

With the use of 3 girls without drinks or smokes consumption except belI having sometimes on drinks I werent in need of an errand girl so I could maximize profits and farming.

My 3 starting accesories was furry, the bondage and lastly cake farting. I didnt really take the piggy bank or the subscribe pillow since I thought i would not be in any money problems and tried to maximize the way I saw fittest with just taking items that gave fans to a specific fetish. I ended up in the late game switching out furry and cake farting for maximized profit because of the promos changing my fanbase so I were able get all the promos.

I don't remember my exact way of upgrading but this is an idea of how I did. The way of upgrading was first to get the 3 girls aswell as upgrading money. After that I went about and upgrading quality of cam and studio and from there on just upgraded where I thought it would help most :)

IMPORTANT! dont recruit/hire more than 3 girls this will make it so you dont get the achievement.
im not sure if it affects the achievement if you upgrade the girl slots but you might aswell not since it's waste of money and wont help anything.

Tips:
- IMPORTANT!. make sure to put all 3 girls in the same buildings as much as possible since this will maximize the amount of time you remove from their activities and switch between buildings when its done so your automation takes the resource and increases their activites.

- be sure to upgrade their style first and then their talent so you get fans and then focus on getting money for maximum value.

- be careful upgrading their talent and style to much at the beginnning since its overall value decreases the more it gets upgraded.

- The use of girls that doesnt smoke or drink helps in the sense that there wont really be need of an errand girl but the use of drinking and smoking girls will decrease the amount of stress so they can do more activities so its a personal decision in my opinion.

- you can pause the game by using any of the buying menus or just clicking on a girl so remember to pause and think about what your plan is for the day or what you want to have done before payroll.

- then switched out cake farting and furry end game for anal and squirting.
