Introduction
AdvertCity is a cool-looking game but the mechanics can be a little hard to understand. If you're confused on how to play the game then perhaps this guide can help. In the sections below you'll find layouts of how the various Megacorps feel about each other, the technologies required to unlock them and those that are unlocked by running successful campaigns for them.
Megacorp Affinity Charts (Likes/Dislikes)
The following charts were compiled from information gathered from the AdvertCity wiki and is listed below.

http://advertcity.wikia.com/wiki/AdvertCity_Wikia

The charts list the reputation gains or losses per Megacorp in regards to advertising for another Megacorp. The way I understand it is as follows:

Let's say you're starting out from scratch; you've got 10 DogeCoins slowly being siphoned away and you've got two options for advertising: Hand Delivered Flyers in Meatspace and Random Text Ads in Cyberspace.

A good initial Megacorp to start with could be Desperate Designers. Desperate Designers will unlock advertising options in both Meatspace and Cyberspace as your reputation with them grows. The chart below shows that this Megacorp has positive reputation with Domestic Edible Deliveries, Fullbright, Loudmouthfrog Ltd, and The Narcotics Cooperative. They have a negative reputation affinity with Posters of Interest Inc and 256 Shades of Hats.

By clicking around in Meatspace you've probably seen that every building is owned by one Megacorp or another. Concentrate on the ones with higher population and run Hand Delivered Flyers on those buildings owned by liked Megacorps. You may also want to run campaigns for Posters of Interest Inc and the buildings of its allies at the same time.

And here is a simplified chart if you don't care about the reputation specifics:

Sadly This game don't have any real walkthrough. I think only a hundfull of people actually figured out the game mechanics. But these people didn't write a guide for it. I think I would need to have enough time to want to learn the game then have enough time to actually play it. Seems to me the game may look pretty but does it have any real 'fun' in it? or like a lot of games just a way to waste time til you do something else? I would give this game a better chance If there was an actual walkthrough written by a player that loves the game. To me this don't seem to be that type of game. Most games I play over and over have some 'appeal' and 'fun' involved. Although this game has some 'appeal' can someone show me where the 'fun' is in this game? I think it's too late for a refund. But I really like some 'Player' input on this.
