Enable Console
Browse to your game files then go to system, Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood\System

Open EiB.ini in notepad

Search for
Consolekey=0

change to
Consolekey=192

search for
bEnableDebugConsoleAndMenu=False

change to
bEnableDebugConsoleAndMenu=True

save and exit and make it read only

Now make a new profile named 2ndsquad
load game using that profile

now you will have a console if you press the tilde key ~
