Complete the tutorial
Pretty straight forward since you cant miss it.
Unlocks: Pea Shooter

Why
Push a table into a pit & profit.
Unlocks: Table Tech Rocket
Demolition Man
Kill a frozen enemy by rolling into it.
Here you need any ice weapon to freeze an enemy. Roll into them instead of shooting. Make sure that the roll kills the enemy and not the ice.
Biggest Wallet
Carry a large amount of money at once
Carry more than 300 Coins at once.
Unlocks: Coin Crown
Patron
Spend big at the Acquisitions Department.
Spend 100 at Ox and Candence's Store.
Ox and Candence's can be rescued from a cell in the second gungeon. Once unlocked they will set up a store at The Breach.
Hedge Slinger
Win a wager against the Gunsling King 5 times
Once unlocked you can find the Gunsling King and Manservantes in the gungeon from time to time, they will challenge you to complete one of their three challenges.
  • Complete the next room without taking damage.
  • Complete the next room without using a dodge roll.
  • Complete the next room only using the given gun.
The Gunsling King and Manservantes can be found in a cell in the second gungeon, once rescued they will set up base at The Breach.
Unlocks: Owl
Cartographer's Assistant
Map the first Five Chambers for the lost adventurer.
The lost adventurer occasionally appears in the Gungeon and will ask you to map out the current floor for him. Once you have discovered every room ( Excluding boss room & secret rooms) he will give you a gun or item.
Unlocks: Excaliber
Trickshot
Win Winchester's game 3 times
Winchester appears in the gungeon occasionally, where he will challenge you to play an minigame. If the minigame is won, he will set up camp at The Breach.

Tips:
- If you manage to get the Jetpack or Wax Wings in your run, you can fly inside the arena to win the game easy.
- If you are struggling to find him, increase your chances by having 100 rounds and/or 1 curse to get to the black market. There you have a guaranteed Winchester spawn.
Unlocks: Seven-Leaf Clover
Pit Lord
Kill 100 enemies by knocking them into pits
Nothing really to note here.
Unlocks: Amulet of the Pit Lord
Weird Tale
Complete Frifle's Challenges
Frifle and the Grey Mauser give players hunting challenges, after killing enough of the enemys you will get a reward of 5 and an item or a gun.

Frifle and the Grey Mauser can be rescued from a cell in the second gungeon. Once unlocked they will set up a store at The Breach.
Re-Armed
Deliver the Golem's replacement arm
For this quest you will need to have Ox unlocked and have killed the 5th boss atleast once.
In the 5th chamber of the gungeon, next to the blacksmith you will see an arm on the floor, which belongs to ox, pick it up.Now a random enemy will drop a balloon when you kill them. Tie the arm to the balloon and send it up to the 4th chamber.
Rinse and repeat for achievement.
Unlocks: Clone
Not just a box
Get the jump on a Mimic
On occasion chest in the gungeon are mimics. To check if the chest is a mimic stand next to it for a few seconds and it should open its mouth. Or you could be badass and just shoot it anyway.
If you are playing the hunter your dog will bark if you are near a mimic.
Unlocks: Book of Chest Anatomy
Rage Mode
Always be flipping. Guns are for flippers
Go ham and flip 500 tables.
Day Ruiner
Kill a boss after covering it with glitter
For this achievment the weapon "mailbox" is needed. Every round of the mailbox has 1 shot of glitter in it. Hit him with glitter once then kill him with a weapon of choice.
GG You ruined someone's day.
Going Down
Open the shortcut to the Second Chamber
After you earn your first master round by beating a boss flawlessly, the tailor will appear under the elevator for the 2nd chamber. Go to him and him will require a list of items from you in order to complete the shortcut allowing access to the second chamber.
    He will need:
  • 3 blanks
  • 3 keys and 120 shells
  • 10 hegemony credits
  • Master Round 1
The Items have to be given in this order. Note that the master round can be given at any time!
Unlocks: Gunboots
Going Downer
Open the shortcut to the Third Chamber
Once the shortcut to the second chamber is open you can find the tailor under the elevator in chamber three. Same as above he needs a few items so he can unlock the shortcut to unlock the shortcut to the third chamber.
    He will need:
  • 3 pieces of armour
  • 4 keys and 180 shells
  • 15 hegemony credits
  • Master Round 2
Unlocks: R2G2
Going Downest
Open the shortcut to the Fourth Chamber
Under the elevator in the third chamber doing the same as he always does, beg you for items! :)
    He will need:
  • 4 pieces of junk (destroy treasure chests to acquire them)
  • 5 keys and 240 credits
  • 20 hegemony credits
  • Master Round 3
Unlocks: Gungine
Last Stop
Open the shortcut to the Fifth Chamber
If you can solve this equation you can figure out what you need in this achievement:
2 + 2 = 4 - 1 = 3 quick maths
    He will need:
  • 6 full heart containers
  • 6 keys and 300 credits
  • 25 hegemony credits
  • Master Round 4
Unlocks: AKEY-47 and Boss Rush Mode
Grate Hall
Access the Oubliette
The Oubliette is a secret area that can be entered only from the first floor of the gungeon. Somewhere on the floor there is a room which has a lit fireplace in it.
Once you find a waterbarrel you can knock it over and push it all the way to the fireplace to extinguish the fire. Once this is done you will need to walk in the fireplace, press "E" on the hidden switch and a new area will be revealed on the map. Go to it, use 2 keys on the hatch and off you go to the secret stage
Unlocks: Trash Cannon

Reverence for the Dead
Access the Temple
Inside the Oubliette ( see Grate Hall Achievement) is a room that contains a piece of armour called the old crest. You must take this armour to the next chamber and place it on an alter there. The alter is always found in a room which holds no enemies and the player can interact with the alter at the back of the room. If you are holding the old crest you can place it on the alter and the enterance to the temple will be revealed for you to enter.
Unlocks: Blood Brooch
Lion Leap
Fall at the last second
After killing the boss of the 5th chamber you will enter a new section where you won't have a life bar. In this section fall off of the path and you will earn the trophy.
I also like to call this achievement being a man.
The Password
Accessed the Hidden Market
Demon Faces can be walked into to get to a Hidden Market If you have atleast 1 curse or 100 shells on you. If you do not have any of the above you will be ejected, and not given the achievement. Oh and you also take damage ;)
Edit: I have first seen an demon face 40 hours into the game in chamber 5.
Rider
Kill 100 enemies while riding in a mine cart
In the 3rd chamber there will be mine carts around. Sit in them and kill 100 enemies in order to get this trophy.
Money Pit
Kill 100 enemies by dropping chandeliers
Pretty simple, just spend a ton of time trying to lure enemys under a chandelier and then running to the lever just to see that the enemy was fast enough to move away. Have fun doing this one aswell :X
Beast Master
Complete the game with Beast Mode
Beast mode is an option in the option menu that you have to turn on before starting your run in the gungeon. Don't turn it off at any stage during the run.

Surprisingly it doesnt really make a difference in the difficulty, so I recommend that you turn it on so you get the achievement on your first finished run.
Unlocks: Bait Launcher
Woodsie Lord
Steal 10 things
For this achievment you will need to steal 10 items from the shopkeeper.
Note that it does not have to be in a single run
These are the items that let you steal from the shopkeeper:
  • Aged Bell
  • Box
  • Chaff Grenade
  • Charm Horn
  • Decoy
  • Grappling Hook
  • Grey Mauser
  • Smoke Bomb
  • Ring of Ethereal Form
If the Shopkeeper catches you stealing, his shop will be closed the entire run!!!
Unlocks: Shelleton Key
Slayer
Defeat the Boss of the fifth chamber
As easy as that.
Unlocks: Dragunfire & Gun Soul
Gunsmith
Construct the Bullet that can kill the Past
The bullet that can kill the past concists of four part found in diffrent area's of the gungeon. Once you have a part you can take it to the blacksmith in the 5th chamber, get all parts to her and you have yourself the bullet that can kill the past.
    Here is what you need:
  • Prime Primer
    - Can be purchased in the shop for 110 shells
  • Arcane Gunpowder
    - In chamber 3 there is a room with minecarts on a seemingly invisible track, dodge roll from cart to cart to reach the gunpowder. It is an active item.
  • Planar Lead
    - In chamber 4 there is a large room that is seemingly empty. There is an invisible pathway that can be 'shown' by spraying it with a weapon which leaves a trail on the floor such as the mega douser or the trashcannon.
  • Obsidian Shell Casing
    - After defeating the boss of chamber 5 destroy the skull there to find the item underneath.
Unlocks: Alpha Bullets & Omega Bullets
Time Paradox
Die in the Past
You need to go to the past and die in any characters past.
Double Jeopardy
For this achievement you will need the bullet that can kill the past.
Beat the game with the Convict I am not gonna spoil you, finish it yourself :)
Unlocks: Briefcase of Cash & Enraging Photo
Deadliest Game
For this achievement you will need the bullet that can kill the past.
Beat the game with the Hunter I am not gonna spoil you, finish it yourself :)
Unlocks: Dog & Wolf
Squad Captain
For this achievement you will need the bullet that can kill the past.
Beat the game with the Marine I am not gonna spoil you, finish it yourself :)
Unlocks: Military Training & Galactic Medal of Valor
Wingman
For this achievement you will need the bullet that can kill the past.
Beat the game with the Pilot I am not gonna spoil you, finish it yourself :)
Unlocks: Wingman, Trusty Lockpicks & Disarming Personality
Historian
Complete all 4 main character pasts.
Beat the game with 4 characters.
Unlocks: Gilded Hydra

Clear the First Chamber 50 Times

To unlock the robot you need to go down the elevator shaft in the 2nd chamber to pick up a busted televison. Bring it to the Blacksmith in the 5th chamber and you have yourself a new playable character

Pretty self explanatory if you ask me :x
Case Closed
Unlock the Bullet
Once you killed atleast one past this bullet kin sometimes spawns in a room. Do not attack it since it will not attack you. After a while it will disappear, do this 5 times and you got yourself a new playable character

Gungeon Master
Clear the Sixth Chamber
Access to the sixth chamber is unlocked once you have killed the past for all four of the main playable characters. Once this is done start a run and after beating the boss of the 5th chamber walk along the path towards the bullet and you will find yourself pulled down into the 6th chamber. Finish this chamber to unlock the achievement.
Unlocks: Gungeon Blueprint & Riddle of Lead
Exorcist
Kill a Jammed Boss
In order to fight a jammed boss you need to be cursed, easiest way to do this is finishing the game with one character and then praying to the statue at the very beginning.
I recommend you do this after you killed all the enemies in the chamber because they will be cursed, which means they will be stronger aswell.
Unlocks: Sixth Chamber
Gun Game
Complete the game with the Sorceress' Enchanted Gun
The sorceress can be found in a cell in the gungeon. Once released she will be found in the Breach. She can enchant you for the price of 6 credits. When you get the enchanted gun simply complete the game.
Unlocks: Gunther
Jammed
You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you
To get this achievement you will need the full amount of curses on you which is 10.

    Items which give curses:
  • Big Boy
  • Bracket Key
  • Elder Blank
  • Knife Shield
  • Shelleton Key
  • Sixth Chamber
    Guns:
  • Excaliber
  • Fightsabre
  • Huntsman
  • Shellegun
  • Unicorn Horn
    Praying at these Shrines:
  • Ammo Shrine
  • Angel Shrine
  • Dice Shrine granting Cursed
  • Hero Shrine (sets curse to 9)
Note that the hero shrine can only be accessed once you killed any characters past
Once you have 10 curses you will meet with a terrible fate...
Sworn Gun
Avenge Manuel
In order to get the avenge manuel you must first find some armour in the tutorial area. It will be located in a secret room, to find it you need to look for cracks on one of the walls. When you find the cracks, use a blank to break the wall and pick up the armour. When you talk to Ser Manuel, he will tell you about Ser Blockner, his rival. Now you will be able to find Blockner in the 3rd chamber, defeat him and earn the trophy.
Unlocks: Betrayer's Shield

Populate the Breach

    A list of all the npc's and how to get em
  • The Ogre
    : Find him in a cell in the gungeon and release him with a cell key
  • Blockner
    : Avenge Ser Manuel (Previous Achievement) then talk to both characters in the tutorial area to have them come out to the breach.
  • Ser Manuel
    : Same as Blockner, he will arrive at the breach at the same time.
  • The Ledge Goblin
    : Find her in a cell in the gungeon and release her with a cell key. Once she is in the breach interact with the helmet next to her to kick it back into the gungeon. The ledge goblin will go back to down to get it again and will need releasing from a cell again. You must kick the helmet into the gungeon three times before the ledge goblin is permanently in the breach.
  • Doug
    : Find him in a cell in the gungeon and release him with a cell key.
  • Professor Goopton
    : Find him in a cell in the gungeon and release him with a cell key.
  • Ox and Cadence
    : Find them in a cell in the gungeon and release them with a cell key.
  • The Sorceress
    : Find her in a cell in the gungeon and release her with a cell key.
    Note: Can only be unlocked once you beat the boss of the 5th chamber atleast once!
  • Gunsling King and Manservantes
    : Find them in a cell in the gungeon and release them with a cell key. Once you have released them you must see them in the gungeon and complete their challenge 5 times
  • Frifle and the Grey Mauser
    : Find them in a cell in the gungeon and release them with a cell key.
  • Winchester
    : Find him in the gungeon and release him with a cell key. Once you have released him Winchester will appear in the gungeon with a game of skill for you to try. Perfect this game three times.
  • The Lost Adventurer
    : Find him in a cell in the gungeon and release him with a cell key. Once you have released him you can find the adventurer on any floor of the gungeon. He will ask you to map out the floor for him. Do this on all five different floors to send the lost adventurer to the breach.
  • Tailor
    : After a flawless victory against a boss of the first floor the tailor will settle in the lower right of the breach.
    Unlocks: Unity
Lead God
Collect five Master Rounds in one run
Beat 5 Bosses without taking damage, if you manage to do this..

(A tip for unlocking this is using "Clone". You need to have 5 Master Rounds to get this, not specifically 1->2->3->4->5. (Thanks @bread for mentioning this!)
Unlocks: Super Hot Watch
Challenger
Complete a Challenge Mode run.
To enter challenger mode you need to unlock Daisuke in the breach and talk to him.
Unlocks: Chaos Bullets
Advanced Slayer
Defeat an Advanced Boss.
For this achievment you need to kill the third form of the High Dragun.
To access this stage you need to defeat the Resourceful Rat in it's lair. Afterwards you need to go into the next room and find the secret entrance which can be opend with 2 special keys dropped by the rat.
Once entered you will find the item Serpent, bring this item to the dragun and pray.
Unlocks: Holy Grail
Resourceful
Take Revenge
For this achievment you will have to kill the Rescourceful Rat in his lair. To access his secret chamber you will need to buy the Gnawed Key for 1000 , which can be donated in mulitple runs. After your purchase it can be always bought again for 115.
While saving up for the key you will also need to find 4 Infuriating Notes which can be found normally and 2 notes which can be found in Mimics (If you don't want to wait to find the 2 from the mimics there is a 1:16 chance you can get there without using those 2 notes). Once you have these items you will need to head to the third floor to find a room which is filled with rats.
Search for a hatch on the floor and enter using one normal key. Once inside jump in the mining cart and follow the rails and use a blank at the end to reveal an passage. Now the notes will come in handy, they each have a piece of cheese at the bottom which points into a direction(Location is diffrent for every player). Follow the directions exactly and you will find yourself the boss room.
Unlocks: Ring of the Resourceful Rat & Boxing Glove
Sledge-Dog
Complete Tonic's Challenge
To complete this achievment you will need to find Tonic in the gungeon and complete his challenge.
Unlocks: Crisis Stone

@Kenalbe nope, there are no missable achieves :)
Always do the npc challenges and do not forget to talk to them afterwards!

@Animalcosing can be a few things:
- Make sure you are not in co-op
- Use one of the four base characters
- Set text speed to fast and talk to Ser Manuel again (There is a bug when text speed is set to instant while talking to him)

Ok, turns out I was missing Goopton. I unlocked his cell but never bought an item from him so he never showed up.

I have all the NPCs and did all their challenges, only achievement left is Great Hall and its stuck on 11/12. Any ideas?
